Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Cadbury Dairy milk silk oreo red velvet.

Brought the cadbery Dairymilk silk oreo red velvet chocolate from nearby mall. It was in well shape and wasn't melted at all. But, the moment i opened it, there was a strong rotten smell. First i thought it's from something else or the chocolate is melted or spoiled. But the chocolate was not melted and intact. Checked the manufacturering and expiration date, it's good to go till next year. I tried to taste and it was ok only if you block your nose. The smell is like SPOILED MILK & very strong and off-putting we're unable to eat it. I smashed and checked some bar pieces for any visible contamination. I couldn't find any other than smell coming more from the filling they used inside the chocolate.
After checking online I came to the conclusion that it's not problem with my particular pack, people have experienced it before. Now I feel very bad for wasting my money.
