Dear Cadbury Team,

I and my 3 years old kid is a very big fan of GEMS! We've enjoyed many happy moments with your delicious chocolates. However, I'm disappointed with my recent purchase of the Cadbury GEMS Ball Surprise . I bought it for Rs. 45, expecting a fun surprise, but it only contained one packet of GEMS and a small Doraemon kit with two stickers.

As a loyal customer, I feel this doesn't match up to the value I expected. I'd love it if you could look into this and make things right. A few GEMS chocolates or a voucher would make up for it and keep our love for James going!
