[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Choclairs | |||||
Initially I have contacted to the customer care of Modelez India Food but I didn't get any response. They were holding the thing off by saying it will take some more days and so on. I have purchased one packet of choclairs (batch no B70217) from a nearby store of Big Bazaar and then when I opened it there were lumps of chocolate and apart from that some chocolates were missing too. I have called the helpline and registered complaint but they didn't give me proper response and told me that their representative will give me a visit and do the needful but till now I had no proper response.
