Dear Cadbury/Mondelez Consumer Care Team,

I am writing to report a quality issue with two Cadbury 5 Star Softer Bars that I purchased from a local store in Aminagar Sarai, Uttar Pradesh, on **13 September 2026**.

**Product Details:**

* Weight: 20.2 g each
* MRP: ₹10 each
* Lot No.: **M60516**
* Date/Best Before period printed on the product: **16/05/2026 – 14/02/2027**
* Place of purchase: Local store, Aminagar Sarai, Uttar Pradesh
* Bill/receipt: Not available

Both chocolate bars had an **abnormal and unpleasant texture**. The chocolate had tiny bumps and felt unusually rough and clay-like instead of having the normal smooth texture expected from the product. More importantly, both bars had a **bitter and unusual taste**, making them unpleasant to consume.

Since **both bars from the same lot were affected**, I am concerned that this may be a product quality or batch-related issue. I request that you please investigate **Lot No. M60516** and look into this matter.

I would appreciate a **replacement or refund for the two defective products**. I can provide photographs of the products, packaging, lot number, and the abnormal chocolate texture if required.

Please acknowledge my complaint and let me know the next steps for resolving this issue.
