Upon opening the packet, I noticed that the chocolate was [state the problem clearly – e.g., discoloured, had an unusual smell, melted, contained white spots, or tasted stale]. This was unexpected and disappointing, as I have always trusted your brand for quality and freshness.

I request you to kindly investigate this matter and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund. I am attaching photographs of the product and a copy of the purchase receipt for your reference.
