[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — cooler problem | |||
Hi Modelēz India! I am from Assam from the district called Sivasagar. I am a retailer here. I was provided a used second hand chocolate cooler (video attached) couple of month ago, after calling and describing status of esteem melting Mondelēz items at my shop Ms. Sunanda Mukherjee on[protected] and then Mr. Sarbajit Ghosh with the assurance of providing a new one soon. Now, since last 15 days its not working. I have been desperately calling more than 20 times Mr.Ghosh and Ms. Sunanda but none of the party picks up phone. Is this Mondelēz/ Cadbury service in India!!! Such a beautiful renowned company is so shallow with its infra structure. Even I see in Google that Kolkata office is closed!!!
