Dear sir/ madam,

I have purchased 02 nos. Cadbury dairy milk chocolate rs.40/- maha pack,
Lot k70406, pkd 04/17 a8.
And found that the chocolate is having fungus on its surface.
Plz. Look into the matter and do needful soon as possible.

Very sorry to say but i never expect such a hopeless response from a multi national company like cadbury india.
I have inform you both by email and telephonically that both the cadbury maha pack price 40 rupees each are found to be fungus infected.and in response you informed me that your representative will visit to check the item.but till today none of your representative came to my house yet.
It looks like your company is behaving like a hawker who has no responsibility of his product after sell.
