Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — I'm complaining about fungus on dairy milk

Today I buy a dairy milk which is about 20 rupees and when I open it. It was full of fungus and dried bubbles which look so dirty. then i check its expiry date but it was not came, and I am disappointed with it. this was not a single time few months ago I buy a dry fruit dairy milk which was about 180 rupees and that was also covered with dried fungal and with germs bubble but the problem is I didn't notice that and I eat a little bit bite of it and then i notice and threw it on dustbin my experience was too bad and I am disappointed with it. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER PLEASE.
