Dear Cadbury India,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident involving a spoiled Cadbury product. On 17th November, I purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut bar from Bhutpurva ARDH Sainik Canteen with an expiry date of November 2024.
To my utter dismay, upon opening the product, I discovered that it had deteriorated, exhibiting a foul odor and a rancid taste. This is unacceptable, especially considering the product was well within its expiry date.
I visited the shop to report the issue, but unfortunately, the shopkeeper was unwilling to address the problem or provide a refund.
As a long-time consumer of Cadbury products, I have always held the brand in high regard. However, this incident has severely tarnished my trust in your quality control measures.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take immediate action to address the issue. I expect a swift resolution, I do not want the full refund but they could've just provided me with a replacement product.
I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference along with the pictures of the chocolate. I look forward to a timely and satisfactory resolution.
