It is to bring it to ur attention that I have made the bill amount of RS.1660 on June 30th and now past two days back I received a mail from ur office stating that the amount which I paid was not received and they send a new bill with late fee and other some charges. I have all my documents for the payment which I made and also I confirm with my bank about the payment and they also confirmed that you have received the payment. So please check with your system and clear all the pending charges and send me the updated statement. Please check with me if you need any proof of payment that I made.
