I have some dues on my Money Tap card issued by RBL Bank (card number ending 5058) for which I have not been able to clear due to extreme financial distress.

Today some girl called Priya +[protected] has started calling my friends and saying that I have asked her to connect with them for payments. So far 2 friends have messaged me about this, I dont know how many more have been called by her.

The Money app doesn't provide facility for loan foreclosure. I requested multiple times for loan closure process. But in vain. Worst app, no customer support....

I have settled my loan amount but even after a month they are not the NOC Letter....

Bank details wrong please delete my bank details...

The company has a call center, which is calling everyone in my phonebook and even hijacking the phonebook of my family members, calling everyone, and just abusing them day and night.

Such a fraud company using this kind of abusive language should not be allowed to operate, these are Chinese-backed apps, just abusing everyone even at their workplace

My distant relative has taken some loan for which they are calling...

I had sent more than 10 mails for the money tap customer care to send my completed loans NOC. I never witnessed such a pathetic customer service, help me to get my NOC from them....

My limit is unlock still not able to withdraw money....

I had taken loan on money tap app I did not pay my September month emi so I need some time to pay my I have attached the screen shot of the email received by the excetive from money tap app pls take action, steps immediately on this when we wil go somewhere what is the meaning of that words which he has email me...

This is not the first time Money Tap has failed in its service.
I have been trying to foreclose my loan with money tap, it can be done through a repayment link which they provide as you cannot close the same on App.
I have written several emails to them but they do not respond
I am unnecessarily paying high interest and these people don't care to respond. This is very very annoying and i feel helpless....

I have taken personal through Money tap App and the sales representative was promised to give personal loan with Rate of Interest 15% after that they have cheated me once the loan is disbursed to my account, they have put rate of interest with 20% per Annum.

My account is blocked as the loan gets approved I am writing them from last one week but there is no response from their side....

MoneyTap has blocked my account and I haven’t used the account for once and now it’s more than a week that I writing them about this but there are not responding to it .my loan has been approved all the documents have been submitted then why my account is blocked ??...

I have raised a request for foreclosure of my Personal loan, some 15 days back through mail . Post that I have received an acknowledgement stating the foreclosure process is not set up at your end for closure of the account.
still didn't get any foreclosure amount / any resolution from moneyatp....

I took a Personal loan from Moneytrap which ECS of rs.8054+2471+2382/-deducted from my hdfc account.

i applied for foreclosure for my Personal Loan, the Total foreclosure amount was Rs.14020+13549+86600/- which was settled on Dt:27 May-2022-.

despite settled my Personal Loan the ECS of my rs.12907/- deducted from my account after foreclosure for the same i complained with money...

Money tap customer care are irresponsive and not attending mails to issue my NOC even after foreclosing personal loan. Please kindly address the situation. They are trying to do ECS even after loan foreclosure

I have foreclosed all the loans on 10th August 2022. I have not received NOC yet. I am struggling to get NOC. I am calling them daily, but their number is either out of coverage area or it is wrong number. I have also mailed multiple times but still not received any reply from their end. They are just giving excuses. It's been 20 days now. They are not giving NOC. Pleased help...

I am writing this mail regarding someone from moneytap called today regarding some loan pending on account of Subhash Pawar.
I am his son and today my mother received a call from someone in moneytap stating that subhash pawar has not paid loan amount of 1900 which we have no knowledge of.
2 ladies started abusing my mother who has no idea from where and when did my father took loan from and they started using obscene language...
