EMI date : 05th march every month
EMI not deducted period : 05.03.2023

Attached screenshot of the account through which the emi is deducted. The account showing that the balance is available for very long, why making us default.
Secondly approval limit has been blocked since it is approved only Rs.50, 000/- informing balance will be released on regular repaying of emi. I have almost complete 6 months and this month is 7, is it to make me default so that I can claim the balance approved limt.

    I'm holding a moneytap loan sanctioned amount of Rs.1, 75, 000.00 but released amount was only Rs.50, 000/- informing to get increased to the actual approved limit if the repayment is on time. But ever since the emi started, I have been paying on time for almost 6 months, but this time, But this time before my regular due date 05th march, one week before itself I started receiving automated calls to keep balance.
    Exactly on 05th march 2023, the amount was not deducted and the account is filled sufficient balance, a screenshot of the netbanking page displaying the balance availability is attached for the reference.
    It seems it is clear that RBL don't want to release the other approval limit instead making me defaulter in paying emi so that my cibil gets reduced and I won't be in the state of asking the other approval limit as only 4-5 months of emi left over.
    Really pathetic act by RBL.
    THIS IS ANNOYING FOR CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING THE EMI ON TIME AND THIS IS WHAT THE TREATMENT GIVEN.

      please note i have the call recordings of customer exceutive using abusive language .
      Please take the action immediately and revert back soon .

          Since last year I couldn't pay the EMI. Even though RBI prohibited, They have sent Collection Agents to my house and defamed. They are spamming OTP alerts from other services like OLA, ZOMATO, SWIGGY etc. They sent Amazon Packages with COD to my address. Everyday whatsapp messages and Phone Calls asking to repay amount even though I stated my financial situation is not good because of no job situation. Collection team hurl abuses, they behave as if they loaned the amount from their pockets. I requested them to proceed Legally, but they only send fake case threats and no legal action. I need to stay alive for my family for Moral support.

          This Loan was Availed through MoneyTap company from Incred. MoneyTap has no proper customer support to deal with issues but has a Team of Goons when it comes to missed Loan payments. I tried foreclosing the loan when I could, they refused that option. Now they only harass harass.

          Please ban these Chinese apps. Someone write a petition to RBI.

            I have availed a loan from money tap, in which money tap had sanctioned a loan on emi basis for 6 months, on January 2023 the money tap ech loan amount got rejected due to lack of balance in my savings account as I was suffering medical health problems and am jobless but now I am being mentally harassed by money tap to repay the full loan amount in one go, which is not possible for me right now as I am jobless and undergoing medical health problems, the 6 month emi tenure has been deleted by money tap from the money tap app and money tap continuously harassing to pay the full amount i.e double the loan amount. Iam attaching the screen shot proof of the emi tenure which money tap not willing to accept, had money tap made it clear before disbursing the loan that money tap will ask for full payment then I would have never availed money tap loan. This is sheer loan misguidance from money tap and much mental harassment

              I owe a loan from moneytap i pay the amount easily, but from past few month from November i lost my job i am very hard to earn and fulfilled my daily need as well as installment now i am getting job and want to settlement the amount they send 1 shot installment around 1.10 lakh in 1 shot. If possible requested to please converting it easy emi atleast 6 to 9 and executive continuously threatened me when i was on work using wrong word to my wife and father very bad word.at that time i only request that's it

                    I have paid all my EMIs on time and all loans are closed. I recently went for a home loan but they said my credit score is not good so I checked it and saw that the Credit report has 3 pending overdue EMIs and the loan account is Active. please advice,

                      The Money app doesn't provide facility for loan foreclosure. I requested multiple times for loan closure process. But in vain. Worst app, no customer support.

                            The company has a call center, which is calling everyone in my phonebook and even hijacking the phonebook of my family members, calling everyone, and just abusing them day and night.

                            Such a fraud company using this kind of abusive language should not be allowed to operate, these are Chinese-backed apps, just abusing everyone even at their workplace

                            My distant relative has taken some loan for which they are calling my office, even my relative's office, and abusing them, Please help me file an FIR against this kind of company.

                              I had sent more than 10 mails for the money tap customer care to send my completed loans NOC. I never witnessed such a pathetic customer service, help me to get my NOC from them.

                                    This is not the first time Money Tap has failed in its service.
                                    I have been trying to foreclose my loan with money tap, it can be done through a repayment link which they provide as you cannot close the same on App.
                                    I have written several emails to them but they do not respond
                                    I am unnecessarily paying high interest and these people don't care to respond. This is very very annoying and i feel helpless.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I have taken personal through Money tap App and the sales representative was promised to give personal loan with Rate of Interest 15% after that they have cheated me once the loan is disbursed to my account, they have put rate of interest with 20% per Annum.
                                      During My Initial conversation it was told that you can foreclose the loan at any time without any charges like Foreclosure and Pre EMI interest and when Iam trying to foreclose the loan app is not Supporting and when app is supporting, customer care from Money Tap representative says Minimum you need to pay 3 Months EMI and Now I Have foreclosed the loan and I have paid the Fore closure amount with Pre EMI Interest.
                                      Kindly help us to get the amount which is lost during the tenure of payment.

                                        I took a loan of rs 50000 from moneytap on 12 February 2022. I m paying m emi as per the schedule date and process. In August i realise that i can pay the full amount of my loan and close it. So i mail money tap. I get a replay that someone will get in touch with me in 48 hours. But its been One months no one called me or mailed me. I have contacted them many times from than but they don't want reply. They don't have any contact no. No customer service. Please check the issue. It can be the matter of fraudulent with many people.

                                        I want to pre close my loan account. Please see the matter.
