I have sent multiple mails to Money Tap customer care : [protected]@monytap.com but there is no single reply from them & they are not closing my user account....

Autodebit emi cut from account on 5th october bt msg recieve emi is due than again i paid emi on 25th october. In app 25 october emi is showong bt not showing 5th octobet, already i send lotof mail but not solve my issue. Again msg received today 5th nov. Emi .sr plz solve my issue ....

This is to bring into your kind attention that I have been harassed unnecessarily by DMI finance .

Also trail email of my grievance please do read and do the needful.

Neither DMI communicate on email or understand (" calling someone 300 times it's not follow up it's harassment") they call continuously every day and ask for Payment as if they were...

I have done the emi amount of 4985 in for oct, 20 before due date via your payment link, , then why you have done auto debit action to my beneficiary account...and for bouncing that amount I have been penalized Rs.- 620...In spite of payment done via your payment link...
Do the refund of the penalty payment asap...

Actually I kept sufficient balance in my account, but last month didn't take auto debit .. Multiple time cheque bouncing and fine added, finally it's debited from my account via consolidated charge.. Next as per your team guide I had foreclosure my all loans on Sept 21st (Rs 67, 003). But all loans not closed properly yet now.. I didn't get loan closing acknowledgement...

I have raised preclosure request with them for proclosing my personal loan but they are not responding since two months...

I foreclosed my loan of 1, 08000/ on September 25th, 2020 and the loan of 19200 was deducted on Oct 5th, Raised several tickets but no response.

I would need refund to my account and the closure letter. I also see a Bill generated for November too which is 19200.

I have borrowed loan of Rs. 2, 00, 000 from RBL Money Tap Credit Card.

Due to some financial issues I am unable to pay my EMI's on time...I have conveyed the same to your executives (Callers) that I will start paying my EMI's from March-2021 onwards and in no case I can pay prior to March-2021.

But the way callers are calling me on daily basis (10-15) calls per day and now the way they care...

I want to pre-close my loan on moneytap. They are not responding.

They have providing wrong account information to make payment. Later I have sent email and asked for provide correct information and requested for call back. They are not responding.

They are not maintaining customer care number to call them. In email, they are not responding properly

I need help on this to preclose my loan.br...

I have write more than three time on company's email address but there wasn't any reply from there side...

I have done foreclosure against one of my loan in moneytap and they updated in the app wrongly and still last six months is not updated.
There no response by reaching the customer care and still they didn’t pay the NOC....

I have already paid my emi on time as per schedule.in application its not reflecting since 4 months. Because of these problem i am paying emi every month. Even after my loan is already close.

If i will not pay they are charging penalty on my account. I am getting call everymonth twice day for paying this emi.

One of the excetive said that u have to pay 43, 125 amt and ur loan will be close so i paid full amount but now i need urgently noc letter and and now the executive not received my call no response from from money tab. Please provide noc and closer letter and call mi urgently. And in money tab application still the amt is showing.. Please call. And provide solutions...

I am rahul i have a loan with money tap, i have sent atleast 10 mails in last 7-8 days regarding the closer of the loan.. I asked so many times what should i do to close the loan by paying all amount. But they are not responding for the same. Day by day they are charging me intrest and not replying me once....

I have applied loan from money tap and completed all the steps but still.not getting any money. I have email them.so.many times they just saying it is pending with final approval.

Now they not responding any email. Also they have not.any contact details....

I have already closed all the pending dues on 25 of august but still i am receiving threatening call from recovery department to make payment it's a high time i am receiving call in 3 times a day i have drafted multiple emails to money tap as well as money tap but i am not receiving any response yet and they don't have their customer support as well when i tried to call dmi finance even their customer care no is busy this people are fooling...

This is very sad to inform you that moneytap charging me rs. 295 on daily basis. Even i paid them emi still my account balance has been deducted and now i am insolvent.
