One More ting In my EMI Auto Debit On 5th November but still its showing not paid i am get mail i replay on every mail simply Replay will get update you shorty and last week i got one mail from Assistant Manager his name is Madivalappa Hubaratti i send all the documents what i paid what deduct in my account daily i am calling this person he will not response properly so many call only one time he received my call i explain my problem he said he will update but no updates i am calling daily to them his say simply will check and updates from pass one week no updates so please do the needful ASAP...

    I just apply on yesterday and I want only 25000 rupees but you guys showing money tab app 115000 per approved amount. How can u guys decide the amount without my permission. I am waiting for telly verification call but not received yet. But again I checked in app and it’s showing it’s done. How can you mention this. Last time I warned you guyss cancle my application form otherwise I will file a complaint against your applications. This is last time I am telling you. I don’t want a single rupees from your side.my mistake which I fill the application form. Please cancle my application. I don’t want anything. If you don’t do this than I will differently complaint against you. Please contact me as soon as possible. Don’t process my request without my permission. Don’t mention wrong in your app. Who gave you write to mention like telly verification call done. No call received yet from your side. I warn you again don’t process my request.

      I have foreclosed on of the loan ID DMI[protected] on 10th NOV and shared the all the docs and prof through mail hello+[protected]@moneytap.com

      on the same day till now it is not updated and sending standard mails, i seriously feel like cheated,

        Before lockdown I was making payment through auto debit facility but after April I started making payment through other modes and asked them to change my account details but since there was no Customer service no my problem was not solve. I asked them through app about moratorium but after waiting for many days there was no reply. After July there was some continuous deductions started in 3 transactions of Rs 590 every month. I asked them about these transactions through mail but there was no proper reply. In sept and oct I made payment on date but even after that deduction was continuous and no response..
        I am mailing them continuously from last one month but no reply . instead I am getting 15-20 calls daily to make payment of my EMI and I have to explain everything every time but they start talk nonsense, they start abusing..
        they have customer care no now but that is busy whole day. In this crucial time where each and every bank and NBFC helping their customers through moratorium, moneytap is charging a lot extra and harassing their customers but not solving their problem..If I calculate how much in total deducted till now it is around 8000 in last 5 months even after paying my installment.
        I need some help

        Worst experience ever..
        I have been requesting them to solve but rather solving they are harassing me with not giving any reply.
        Please do not use their services, because they do not solve any problem that you share with them.

              Autodebit emi cut from account on 5th october bt msg recieve emi is due than again i paid emi on 25th october. In app 25 october emi is showong bt not showing 5th octobet, already i send lotof mail but not solve my issue. Again msg received today 5th nov. Emi .sr plz solve my issue .

                Good Morning All

                Greetings to you !

                This is to bring into your kind attention that I have been harassed unnecessarily by DMI finance .

                Also trail email of my grievance please do read and do the needful.

                Neither DMI communicate on email or understand (" calling someone 300 times it's not follow up it's harassment") they call continuously every day and ask for Payment as if they were never being paid .

                One agent call and take note that payment will come next week but again after 15 minute later other agent call and ask the same thing and it keep on going every hour of the day .I am so much frustrated now

                I am seeking RBI help on how we can stop this kind of harassment. If someone wants to delay EMI for 1 month or 2 what is the ethical way I am their customer for an year and I always pay my all EMI's on time but I am very much disappointed they way they are behaving and harassing me for no reason.

                WHY THERE IS SO MANY CALLS FROM DMI, IF I SAY I WILL PAY NEXT MONTH SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE ? WHY 500 CALLS TO FORCE ME, HARASS ME AS IF I COMMITTED SOME CRIME ?

                I urge you to look into the matter please .

                    I have done the emi amount of 4985 in for oct, 20 before due date via your payment link, , then why you have done auto debit action to my beneficiary account...and for bouncing that amount I have been penalized Rs.- 620...In spite of payment done via your payment link...
                    Do the refund of the penalty payment asap

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      Thanks for your response..

                      Actually I kept sufficient balance in my account, but last month didn't take auto debit .. Multiple time cheque bouncing and fine added, finally it's debited from my account via consolidated charge.. Next as per your team guide I had foreclosure my all loans on Sept 21st (Rs 67, 003). But all loans not closed properly yet now.. I didn't get loan closing acknowledgement and not reflected in money tap app also.. Again this month Rs 1806 auto debited from my account. Everyday I received pending due payment requested messages .. Regarding this issue I sent more than 20 mails, No response really I got very disappointed.. Herewith attached my bank statement and issues related snapshot, kindly refer and close my all loans.. Please make sure this month also won't take any cheque bounce charges and revert back my due, bounce amount.. Already I was waiting more than one month, don't delay and solve this issue as soon as possible.. kindly do the needful.. Thanks for understanding... If anything else contact Ph : [protected].

                      Refer the attached foreclosure amount details which is sent by your team.. already I paid on Sept 21st. I sent several emails, but no response. Solve this issue as soon.

                              .
                              I have borrowed loan of Rs. 2, 00, 000 from RBL Money Tap Credit Card.

                              Due to some financial issues I am unable to pay my EMI's on time...I have conveyed the same to your executives (Callers) that I will start paying my EMI's from March-2021 onwards and in no case I can pay prior to March-2021.

                              But the way callers are calling me on daily basis (10-15) calls per day and now the way they care speaking is not good or should I say it sounds Threatening.

                              I would like to reiterate that I already have another loan from another bank and that will end in March-2021 and only then I will be able to pay you guys on regular basis.

                              In the meantime, I would request you to stop those insulting or threatening calls.

                                    I have done foreclosure against one of my loan in moneytap and they updated in the app wrongly and still last six months is not updated.
                                    There no response by reaching the customer care and still they didn’t pay the NOC.

                                      I have already paid my emi on time as per schedule.in application its not reflecting since 4 months. Because of these problem i am paying emi every month. Even after my loan is already close.

                                      If i will not pay they are charging penalty on my account. I am getting call everymonth twice day for paying this emi.

                                      I have raised complaint on mail multiple time but no resolution. I am surpriced that i have not recieved single call about my complaint from 4 months. Please help to get refund of 4 months emi.

                                        I have a personal loan from moneytab and from more them 1 years i am paying my all emi on time, now from last 6 month i am not working and i adopt moratorium option but they deny that and i paid all emi but now i am in very bad financial situation, i have no funds and i getting thertning calls from agents they are harassing me and i said give me 1 month time by next month i will pay emi but they have no manner to talk,

                                        i am already facing bad time you people are making it more difficult, you agents are stupid and they talk all nonsense because with this you people are not going to survive . they are misbehaving with me
