Actually I kept sufficient balance in my account, but last month didn't take auto debit .. Multiple time cheque bouncing and fine added, finally it's debited from my account via consolidated charge.. Next as per your team guide I had foreclosure my all loans on Sept 21st (Rs 67, 003). But all loans not closed properly yet now.. I didn't get loan closing acknowledgement and not reflected in money tap app also.. Again this month Rs 1806 auto debited from my account. Everyday I received pending due payment requested messages .. Regarding this issue I sent more than 20 mails, No response really I got very disappointed.. Herewith attached my bank statement and issues related snapshot, kindly refer and close my all loans.. Please make sure this month also won't take any cheque bounce charges and revert back my due, bounce amount.. Already I was waiting more than one month, don't delay and solve this issue as soon as possible.. kindly do the needful.. Thanks for understanding... If anything else contact Ph : [protected].
