I have sent MoneyTap multiple emails and also called on the given number on the website but there is no response from them.

I haven't used MoneyTap for more than a year and found out it has been affecting my cibil record to which I requested to close the account but I haven't received any response from them.

Fake loan company

Hello, I have already made the payment of my EMI but they it is not reflecting on my Moneytap account. Half of the amount is updated but rest is not updated on application and top of that on my app it's showing Rs1.59lac Dues. Which is not even 1 forth of the total loan amount and it is increasing constantly.. No response from the team. No Calls no Mail response.
Total EMI I paid - Rs15886/- All amount is paid, But no reflection on Application. Please revert and update it.

As i m not getting any support from you...The payment i already made they are saying pay and updated on app as well.. Please rectify the issue else it's a painful for user.

Hello sir plz update my money tap repayment amount. I am paid my repayment amount 05 june 2023. But not updated in my money tap app. Plz response me

I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

I have closed Moneytap Loan on March 28, 2023

They said in app NOC will be received in 3 to 4 days,

Its been 40 days now I have not received any response for Ticket No:[protected]. They do not respond for customer call, even i sent multiple mails to grievance team but no luck. I tried with all the following options

Now this cheap company has started hacking contact list and harassing people.I am going to complain to this thing to RBI and banking ombuds.

Closed all my accounts from money tap but no one is answering to my mails against NDC.

I have personal loan with Money tap with registered mobile no [protected].

I have mailed from last 6-7 days to ask how to close my personal loan account please reply, but till now i haven't received any reply on this.
I requesting please see this matter and resolve accordingly..

They said in app NOC will be received in 3 to 4 days, and email 7 to 10 days.

Its been 17 days now I have not received any response or NOC letter, every time I get automated reply we will issue the letter in 7 to 10 days but never ending timeline nor they email to the email.

They are giving me mental torture and harassments me everyday.

There app says 3 to4 working days and in email 7 to 10 working days.

All the timeline is over given by them and now its 17 days I don't receive any proper response or NOC letter.

This Money tap team has given me mental harassments and pressure and wasting time.

I have raised a complain but no response.

I Just need the loan closure letter and NOC henceforth i will never come back to this torture company

Attached screenshot of the account through which the emi is deducted. The account showing that the balance is available for very long, why making us default.
Secondly approval limit has been blocked since it is approved only Rs.50, 000/- informing balance will be released on regular repaying of emi. I have almost complete 6 months and this month is 7, is it to make me default so that I can claim the balance approved limt.

I'm holding a moneytap loan sanctioned amount of Rs.1, 75, 000.00 but released amount was only Rs.50, 000/- informing to get increased to the actual approved limit if the repayment is on time. But ever since the emi started, I have been paying on time for almost 6 months, but this time, But this time before my regular due date 05th march, one week before itself I started receiving automated calls to keep balance.
Exactly on 05th march 2023, the amount was not deducted and the account is filled sufficient balance, a screenshot of the netbanking page displaying the balance availability is attached for the reference.
It seems it is clear that RBL don't want to release the other approval limit instead making me defaulter in paying emi so that my cibil gets reduced and I won't be in the state of asking the other approval limit as only 4-5 months of emi left over.
Really pathetic act by RBL.
THIS IS ANNOYING FOR CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING THE EMI ON TIME AND THIS IS WHAT THE TREATMENT GIVEN.

Please note from last few months Moneytap is making 15-20 attempts of ENACH which is deducting my money .
please note i have the call recordings of customer exceutive using abusive language .
Please take the action immediately and revert back soon .
else i have to file the complain against the company .

I have made payment for my outstanding loan amount 10 days back but it's not yet reflected in my account yet. I have sent several emails and messages but nobody replied yet. I want it to be updated in my account as soon as possible as my emi date is 5th of every month.

I've been trying to foreclose the loan since 1month. But no one responded or replied to my email or calls. I need this issue to be resolved.

Since last year I couldn't pay the EMI. Even though RBI prohibited, They have sent Collection Agents to my house and defamed. They are spamming OTP alerts from other services like OLA, ZOMATO, SWIGGY etc. They sent Amazon Packages with COD to my address. Everyday whatsapp messages and Phone Calls asking to repay amount even though I stated my financial situation is not good because of no job situation. Collection team hurl abuses, they behave as if they loaned the amount from their pockets. I requested them to proceed Legally, but they only send fake case threats and no legal action. I need to stay alive for my family for Moral support.

This Loan was Availed through MoneyTap company from Incred. MoneyTap has no proper customer support to deal with issues but has a Team of Goons when it comes to missed Loan payments. I tried foreclosing the loan when I could, they refused that option. Now they only harass harass.

Please ban these Chinese apps. Someone write a petition to RBI.

I have availed a loan from money tap, in which money tap had sanctioned a loan on emi basis for 6 months, on January 2023 the money tap ech loan amount got rejected due to lack of balance in my savings account as I was suffering medical health problems and am jobless but now I am being mentally harassed by money tap to repay the full loan amount in one go, which is not possible for me right now as I am jobless and undergoing medical health problems, the 6 month emi tenure has been deleted by money tap from the money tap app and money tap continuously harassing to pay the full amount i.e double the loan amount. Iam attaching the screen shot proof of the emi tenure which money tap not willing to accept, had money tap made it clear before disbursing the loan that money tap will ask for full payment then I would have never availed money tap loan. This is sheer loan misguidance from money tap and much mental harassment
