I am getting calls of recovery agent from money tap for loan which i have never taken, seems to be fake loan provided by you to someone else on my tempered documents without my knowledge /consent due to this my CIBIL score is affected .MY pan NO is -AMZPY8014F.Pls help and resolve this issue at the earliest.My Contact Details -Name Ajay Singh Yadav, Mobile No-[protected].

I am getting an unnecessary call from the money tap control regarding the loan recovery.
I am not borrowing any money from money control and not guarantee.
Still I am getting a daily call from money control. I don’t know how they got my number.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible

My name is not sushil i never signed up for this company and i do now want any loan from them.
I have already sent email to their email address twice still i am getting messages.
I tried blocking the contact but then i still get from different id/ Please help

I have been asking these [protected] to block my number into their database a d stop all promotional sms but they are not even replying me and still i am getting sms, and calls

I have been withdrawn amount from money tap credit line on july2023.the amount deducted from credit line but not transferred to my account. I have been raised a ticket regarding the transaction. They said it may take 48hrs to credit in to bank. But even 20days the amount was not credited. But on 9th August they shown in their app that amount transferred successfully. But no amount was credited in the bank on 9th August and onwards. I had raised complaint again and asked them refer their records regarding transaction. And also requested to close my account in their records. But no response from them. And without lending amount they continuously sending messages to repay EMI. And finally they sent a message that they are going to take action on me . Sir without borrowing amount how should I pay EMI. Please take necessary action on their fraudulent activities and do favour to me. Sir I have been sent my bank statement also for their reference to their mail id. But no response.

I have not the payment so your customer care will harress me like this I was not knowing. But now I will be complaining to RBI about your act. Don't worry I will be fully assured that your app gets closed.

I have sent MoneyTap multiple emails and also called on the given number on the website but there is no response from them.

I haven't used MoneyTap for more than a year and found out it has been affecting my cibil record to which I requested to close the account but I haven't received any response from them.

Fake loan company

Hello, I have already made the payment of my EMI but they it is not reflecting on my Moneytap account. Half of the amount is updated but rest is not updated on application and top of that on my app it's showing Rs1.59lac Dues. Which is not even 1 forth of the total loan amount and it is increasing constantly.. No response from the team. No Calls no Mail response.
Total EMI I paid - Rs15886/- All amount is paid, But no reflection on Application. Please revert and update it.

As i m not getting any support from you...The payment i already made they are saying pay and updated on app as well.. Please rectify the issue else it's a painful for user.

Hello sir plz update my money tap repayment amount. I am paid my repayment amount 05 june 2023. But not updated in my money tap app. Plz response me

I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

I have closed Moneytap Loan on March 28, 2023

They said in app NOC will be received in 3 to 4 days,

Its been 40 days now I have not received any response for Ticket No:[protected]. They do not respond for customer call, even i sent multiple mails to grievance team but no luck. I tried with all the following options

Now this cheap company has started hacking contact list and harassing people.I am going to complain to this thing to RBI and banking ombuds.

Good morning...
Closed all my accounts from money tap but no one is answering to my mails against NDC.

I have personal loan with Money tap with registered mobile no [protected].

I have mailed from last 6-7 days to ask how to close my personal loan account please reply, but till now i haven't received any reply on this.
I requesting please see this matter and resolve accordingly..

I have closed the loan on[protected].

There app says 3 to4 working days and in email 7 to 10 working days.

All the timeline is over given by them and now its 17 days I don't receive any proper response or NOC letter.

This Money tap team has given me mental harassments and pressure and wasting time.

I have raised a complain but no response.

I Just need the loan closure letter and NOC henceforth i will never come back to this torture company
