I have to give[protected] stars but no option.
The customer team simply telling we will resolve the issue but no response. I am not getting why foreclosure taking 8 days. I am ending up paying 8 days intrest. I don't think this month I will get close the loan. Waste of support here... Sll false promises and waste support. Improve the process for foreclosure in the app itself. Is this delay because you want more intrest money from us. Don't do this things it will lose trust on the app users.

    I have cleared my loan one year ago .. and the loan status is still active this ppl have dectucted 31000 from account... Need NOC and answer for the deduction

      Hello,

      Myself Swapnil Payal has taken loan from https://t.co/rD3POj9lfl account LXMUM[protected]. I had paid all the amount whose link was https://t.co/RPwe2aHueb .Whose payment I had cleared already on 20th May 2022 and already accepted by Moneytap and Incred.After paying the foreclosure amount fully that was 49938/- then also Moneytap deducted the EMI amount i.e 10249/- on 5th of June 2022 from that day i am continuously taking followups by mailing and constantly calling to Incred as Moneytap has there 2 customer care numbers([protected]/[protected]) which are in non-responding mode.Everytime I mail i get reply that the issue will get sort in 5-7 working days from Moneytap staff named Neil F Corrie And Swamy Jha and from Incred they give me ticket number that are (T[protected] and T[protected]) .Kindly look into this issue as I am totally dissapointed with Moneytap. Kindly refund my hard earned money ASAP as it's been more than a month.

      I got a call from Moneytap executive as there is no helpline number available to solve our issue they have online mail id to respond. The number which the executive call is ±917406008883 he apologized for the delay and guaranteed me that i will get my refund within 72hrs so he told me to send my bank details with ifsc on the mail id of moneytap and also requested me to remove this complaint and if the money is not refunded he told me to call him back. So as he has given me words of returning I marked my complaint as resolved.

      The person still not send me my money and just saying daily that amount will be transferred tomorrow but still now no amout is refunded as its more than 3 months and now moneytap is making fool of everyone.Really Troubling common people and using common man money and earning heavy interest.This is called Money tap services really pathatic service.

      Only 1 month or continuously every month debiting after full payment also?

        I have closed the account with MoneyTap but the account closure is not updated on CIBIL and it shows that there is amount overdue from my side for loan number: DMI[protected]. I have reached out to MoneyTap numerous times on Twitter and on emails for the past two years to update CIBIL and remove the overdue, but so far no action has been taken and this is affecting my credit score. I request you to please intervene and help me getting this resolved

            Due to some financial problem I have missed an Emi on due date but i will pay every month EMI. I have explained this to the executive PHONE NO. - [protected] but she just called me a loafer and a fraud and forcefully blackmail me. She also threatened and call my contact list of family and friends and misbehave with that persons also to ask for Emi. I told her that I need more time but she keeps on threatening, that they dont care and she only wants money and she also talk bad things about my finanicial condiions so i request you to kindly take action on urgent basis with these kind of reprensentatives /executives.

              I have missed an emi due a job loss. I have explained this to the executive but she just called me a loafer and and a fraud. She also threatened o call family and ask for emi. I told her that I need more time but she keeps on threatening.

                I have sent mail for foreclosure process and Bank details from last 10 days. But till date I have not got any response. They just want to deduct the EMI and enjoy the interest.

                No contact number available to connect with him.

                    Uptill last month i was trying withdraw money assigned to me through the Money Tap credit line but it said that there is some technical error. I tried reaching out to their customer care & the standard mail reply said it would be fixed in some time.

                    It’s been 45 days since my first out of numerous mails to the customer care.

                    Now i have read the comments regarding MoneyTap credit & its effect of CiBIL & was trying for forclosure of credit. They keep saying that option is there on the app but unfortunately i am unable to see any such option under any menu on the app.

                    The app in itself is the most basic app i have ever seen with apple store.

                    I need help with forclosing my credit & duly update of the same to CIBIL regarding the same.

                      Myself kalpana kuthee, my phones contact data is been hacked by moneytap and all my contact list is getting immense harrassing calls for giving fraud loan money. We are mentally disturbed because of this. Kindly take strict actions, if anything happens wrong to my family members only and only moneytap will be the responsible for this.

                          Waiting for my foreclosure NOC about 7 months till now i haven't received any NOC regarding foreclosure, when I mailed them they say it is under process and it will be resolved in 15 days, what a shame on this company. Despite paying total loan amount i lost around 7k which is of bounce charges.Account is still active in my cibil report which is affecting my cibil score.
                          Please issue my NOC and close my loan.

                            I cleared my loan 1.5 month and still this people are not able to share my NOC letter for loan completion. I requested multiple times and follow up email and complaint here no response from the team. i request you not to take any loan from this fraud company worst experience ever

                                I have taken loan from Moneytap and the background lender was Incred finance. I just contacted Incred finance for the closure letter and it seems they cannot provide me that, also they informed that one of the loan which is LXBNG[protected] is still showing as open in their system.

                                So, when I already paid the amount 5 days ago and it's reflecting in the app, why it's still showing open in their system.

                                I would request please send me the closure letter and deactivate my account from Moneytap.

                                  I just want to know what you are exactly want to do. First you have hit the ECS on 7th without any information while my ECS is 5th of every month
                                  On 5th may i have enough balance in the account. Than you levied bounce charges and i also getting charged by my bank for the same. You also hit 623 something amount ecs on the same day which emi loan i don't have any. You are not reply on my mails your executive was harassing me on daily basis and you are not ready to answer me who can bare these charges. If you are not able to answer kindly share your nodal officer mail details. I will get answer from them.

                                  Now in the app, it shows me that i have overdued my may'22 emi. How is that possible? When the month was still not started. How you are calculating the month.

                                  There are so many false expressions in your services and actions. Kindly reply me on this because the emi amount payment is not a big deal but you are misusing you poilcy and trying to fool the customers.

                                    I have been using MoneyTap from more than a year, not even single EMI was missed and all monthly payment was done without fail. Now I am in need of funds however, MoneyTab has blocked my credit limit and I am not able to withdraw amount from my credit limit.
                                    The error message it says, I have missed my EMI payment, but the truth is not even a single EMI was missed and I used to pay the entire EMI amount.

                                    I have been writing to MoneyTap from last 5 days and more for help and resolution, no one is bother to help or respond me.

                                      I had taken a loan amounting to Rs. 75000/- in 2 slot from Moneytap. I mailed so many time for foreclose..after few days they send me link of payment which was coming from [protected]@moneytap.com.after payment they are not replying on paid amount..didnt get NOC and moneytap application not showing any paid amount.In this scenario I had mailed several times to the support
