I have raised a complain to foreclose my loan on 14 Feb 2022 but till now I haven't received any reply.

They have a policy that i can foreclose my loan before 25 of the month if I completed my 3 Emi and already it is completed.. Raised request through mail and even they portail but still nt got any resolution.

No customer care no, no online option to pay the fc amount

    My name is Surekha, few months back I took loan from moneytap. For foreclosure of loan I’m continuously sending mail to their mailid - [protected]@moneytap.com( this is only id of customer care where we can contact them), but I’m not getting single reply from them.

    And as per their terms and condition loan closure is process only between 10th to 25th of every month.

    But they will reply the mail only how we have close the loan.

    Please try to help me this too close these loan asap, as I’m looking for homeloan.

      I have closed my account in the year 2021. Suddenly there is a charge this month asking me to pay else they will charge me for bounce charges. I never took any other amount post that. Why the charges????

        MoneyTap is not providing information how to foreclose, even I tried to reach them in multiple ways in multiple times, there is no response from MoneyTap. Even I have dropped an email on [protected]@moneytap.com to reach them, but no response.

          Not able to forclosure my loan i have email them more than 10times they message back telling will respond in 48 hours.but never come back.Can you please help in forclosure of loan

                      I had requested for a payment link to foreclose a personal loan for which a link was sent and I made a payment for the amount which would include all the charges and outstanding amount required to close the loan. The payment was made on 22nd January and I was informed that the foreclosure would be updated in the app and no more EMI will be deducted going forward but none of that has happened. I’m still getting notifications for the upcoming EMI and no payment info updated in the app. Please help.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I am sick and tired of reaching your customer care through all the support handles (email & twitter) about my complaint but no resolution till date.

                                  I have an available limit of more than 1 lakh & 97 thousand out of overall credit limit of 2 lakhs with not even a single history of delayed or missed payment and a CIBIL credit score of 753+. Inspite of this, I have always furnished all the relevant documents and have abided by your terms and conditions. There are no red flags for my case, however I am still being denied loan?

                                  What am I being penalized for? You are clearly violating your own terms and conditions here. Please treat this as my last formal complaint. I will excise my legal rights if my complaint is not heard and resolved this time.

                                    I had foreclosed my loan account in December month and had requested to provide NOC, i have been writing to them for the past 1 month but no revert is their.
                                    Also i m getting calls and emails regarding pending emi's
                                    Please help in getting this matter closed

                                      Rs. 295 was deducted from my bank in December' 21 stating payment for September' 21 was not made which is incorrect as I have auto debit set with them. This has happened the second time. First time it was resolved and got my refund. I have sent my bank statement to them. It has been more than 2 weeks now and there has been not a single reply from their end

                                        no of emi - 24

                                        i have already paid 3 emi' s and am ready for foreclosure. So the forthcoming interest needs to be waived but they are asking to pay the entire amount along with interest which is very wierd. Please help me close the loan asap
