MoneyTap — Extreme harassment

I have some dues on my Money Tap card issued by RBL Bank (card number ending 5058) for which I have not been able to clear due to extreme financial distress.

Today some girl called Priya +[protected] has started calling my friends and saying that I have asked her to connect with them for payments. So far 2 friends have messaged me about this, I dont know how many more have been called by her.

I called this lady to ask why she is calling my friends, she started shouting at me and said - BANK KE PAISE KYUN NAHIN DE RAHA TU, HUM PHONE KARENGE SABKO. KARZA LEKE BAITHA HAI AUR PAISA WAPIS NAHIN KAR RAHA TU!!!

When I tried to tell her that she cannot call my friends, she asked to speak to someone at +[protected] someone called Arshad. He denies giving any such instructions. The screenshots of the messages from my friends are attached for your reference.
