MoneyTap — Harassment and abusive calls against RBI guidelines

I had taken a loan from maney tap and dur to financial issue could not pay emi on time and had asked for Settlement but they started abusing my mother when asked for Settlement later i raised this concern with them but its been 2 years and there is no response now again after 2 years they have started calling and abusing my family but deny responding to any email and want to repeat same illegal activities they did earlier because of which i stopped with Settlement.
