The worst service n quality i have ever had. I have purchased cake from navsahyadri cake shop on 23rd of dec. It was bad in test and was having a smell too. I called on the same night to the shop keeper n complained for the same. The result was the said it would be replaced by n will get a call in 2 days now the person is not receiving call. N customer care is not giving a proper informetion.

Today dated 17/11/17
1) i purchased birthday cake flavored butter scotch on 26/10/17 and pineapple cake on 17/11/17 was so worst neither spongy nor tasty i found some black stone in it, it was liquidize wasn't baked fully, this is not first time twice i faced same.

2) kindly improve the quality and rate it as per

I had purchased this butterscotch cake on the 28 of october 2017. This was in the afternoo.in the evening whenthe cake cutting was done and we all sat down to eat we noticed a horrible smell from the cream they used as a topping. It was so sour that we had to remove it. Very dissapointed. Monginis is always known for its quality but literally i would never buy a cake from monginis hereafter. Quite dissapointed

I ordered pinapple cake from monginis aundh pune store... First off the price they charged was 320/- for egg cake half kg while on their website price mentioned is 300/-
I paid extra 50/- delivery charge altho it was just 2 mins distance.

When i got the cake it was totally different thnn shown on their monginis.net standard cake for which i ordered.

On further checking found it to have fungus like dots at the bottom also looks absolutely stale in center.

My sister tasted and said it was smelling and tasting sour.

Doesnt taste like pinapple... No pinapple in the center only 4 stale bits on top.

I called the store manager he refused to offer any kind of help or return.

I called customer care service... Nobody is picking up my call.

This stale fungus food can lead us to food poisoning do u know that??

I will take strict action if i dont get my resolution.. I want my entire refund back on this.

We bought butter scotch white chocolate 1 kg cake from borivali east store n it contains many small flies. Also the cake has a sour taste n smell. Kindly resolve & i also asked that counter lady it is fresh or not she said, we have always fresh cake's on display

We bought vanilla white chocolate half kg cake from pashan pune store n it contains many small flies. Also the cake has a sour taste n smell. We have reported the same at the store but the person was very harsh n did not even bother to entertain our complaint. Also the store was such a mess n not cleaned or maintained properly, it was completely unhygienic. Such stuff can never be expected from monginis. We are regular customers but have never faced this before but this time the cake very bad.

We bought 4 pastries from monginis cake shop... Motera, ahmedabad... All the four had foul smell and tasted bad... As we contacted to the shopkeeper he said he well replace but as we live so far frm the shop it was not possible... Plz provide us suitable resolution of the problem and ensure about who will the the responsibility... I want my money back in my account...

Today we brought 500gm cake from monginis cake shop paresh parker marg station road vikhroli east mumbai 400083 after cutting it we found insects in it the inner cream was blackish rotten and badly smelling cherry was black which is very harmful for human health after that we went to shop to show him
The lady at the shop started arguing with us she told the manager is not there now come after 9. Pm we told her our small children had eaten this how could u can sale like this cake which is mostly eaten by children if anything happens how will take the responsibility she argued with us what if eatted is anything happens it is not our lokout the cake comes from monginis company if you want go and fight with them so we had loged a complaint but the police didn't taken any action they

With reference to the subject, here i would like to lodge a complaint against monginis cake shop located at dharampur, valsad, gujarat - 396050. We made an order or custom cake with photo on cake on 29th sept 2017 with special instructions to crop the photo. The order was made in the name of priyank patel with contact number [protected]. On which they agreed while taking order. The instructions was clear and they assured us that they will do it perfectly. But today morning 1st oct while taking delivery of the cake we noticed that the photo was not cropped and directly just copy pasted on the cake. And by this they ruined our special moments and occasion by spoiling the cake and our mood. As we were in hurry and didn't have any time to order a new cake. We request you to please make your guys do what customers want. As well as thank them for spoiling our special moments.

I ordered birthday day customise cake on 25 september 2017 at pimple saudagar monginis cake shop near govind garden, shop keeper comited he give confirmation within one day, but he didn't call and even though not pick up our phone and at eleventh hour he deny delivered require cake, and his behaviour was not good, even he don't care about complaint, my recipient number is 1682

Today i visited monginis cake shop at virar west located in swarganga apt bolinj. I ordered 1 burger. First of all he gave me direct from storage. Not even heated. And then i ask for ketchup and he give me one tiny packet. Actually i am ketchup lover. So i ask for 2nd packet of ketchup. And then he's reply was scaring! He said "ek hi milega. I was shocked. I ask firmly again and he replies"bola na ek hi milega with attitude. I left the place immediately without saying any word. Sorry monginis but that guy's behaviour didn't acceptable. I will never go to your shop again. And also recommend my frds to don't go there.

I had ordered a monginis dutch chocolate cake for rs. 510 yesterday 4-sep-2017 from monginis located in kalina, kurla (W), mumbai and would like to add that in this competitive business of cake making, presentation is the key and monginis has totally disregarded this aspect.

Monginis staff wrote the birthday wishes on a crapy coloured off-white plastic plate where even the word "happy birthday" is hardly visible.

On enquiring further, i learnt that monginis company had intentionally provided them with such light coloured plastic plates to go on the cake, with only 2 colours (White and pink) to be used (As per food & drug association) on these.

Now a question to monginis ceo:
1. Looking at the uploaded pic would you say the word happy birthday is visible and does the white and pink colour used to write birthday wishes go with the off-white coloured plastic plate.

2. I had to settle for a pink, birthday wishes writeup for my sons birthday. Is this just as he was not really exited and nor has he even eaten the cake.

3. Why are there stickers put up on the glass wall saying "home delivery available" when you'll have completely stopped it.

Your service has really become unprofessional as you'll have lost sight of looking at even the basic stuff thats needed to make a day special.

Today i visited to monginis cake shop (Shop no 14, prime harmony, airport road, vasco, goa, pincode 403802), took 1 pineapple cake to celebrate my friend birthday.
After, celebrating birthday, taken 1 bite of cake and came to know that it was a stale cake.. Taste was horrible... Absolute blunder.
All the cake went to thrash. Few of my friends were vomited due to this.
This is really frustrating, monginis is fake... Making tasteless cakes..
Please i[censored] dont maintain your mongini tastes then close and stop this brand mongini. I want to complain against that staff also who told me that cake is fresh.
U cant return that special moments but plez refund my money. Next time i never do that mistake again by buying mongini cake.

I n my daughter went to buy a cake for my hubby's birthday but the staff behaved very rude 2 girls were busy in video calling n one man didn't evn bothered to reply my query as if v hv Cm to buy fr free... Very bad behaviour only my lil one ws just excited in choosing the cake so I asked abt d flavours n price bt he gave a rude answer n behaved as if he ws nt interested in selling.. V didn't bought cake went to cake a away shop wch ws lil away frm monginis.. N bought a chocolate cake frm der it ws yummy mch better den monginis n staff ws very polite n responded to each query of my daughter with a smile... I am logging a complaint with the consumer court.

I have been cheated by the monginis outlet in baner. (Address of the shop - opp. Big bazaar, next to dominos outlet)

Fraud outlet, please be aware.

I ordered a 2 kg photo cake on 9th aug for a delivery on 10th aug. On 10th aug when i went to take the order, the shop owner mr. Sachin bhagwat showed me the cake. After looking at the cake i realised that it was not a 2kg cake. When i took the weight of the cake from a weighting machine, it showed 1.5 kg. When i called mr. Sachin bhagwat and told him that the cake was not a 2kg cake, he got frightened and told me that he will refund or send another cake as a complimentary. Surely this monginis outlet might have dupped many customers in the same way and will cheat many more customers in the future. So be aware.

Please note: while handing over the cake to me mr. Sachin bhagwat (Owner of the outlet) also saw the cake. He knew for sure that it was not a 2kg cake. But still didn't bother to inform me.

I have written a review already with all the details. And a note to everyone - "please don't order your cake from this monginis outlet as they cheat with the customers.

Rotten pastry was given by vashi naka branch. I went to branch with the rotten pastry but did not get refund for that nor did they replace it with new pastry. And also the staffs are very rude and challenged me to complain about the branch anywhere i would wish.
This kind service was not ever expected from monginis. I complained in 2 emails regarding the service and their pastry one week ago and also wrote a feedback form in the same branch. I have got no reply in any form from monginis till time.

I ve purchased a black forest cake from your counter poud road near mit school pune on yesterday eve. The cake was not fresh. It's taste was also changed with bad odour. When i went to your shop to show them they can't expect it and didn't listen my issue. Then i return the cake to counter. And already paid payment 350 for half kg. Now they are saying we sent this cake towards company if they agree we will refund your money. But what about my time and my children are getting disappointed who should bare it. Is it came bday back? After paying money why should we bare? My suggestion is mention batch and manufacturing date on every cake. I am going to complent against this contour in food department in corporation.

Dear Authority,

I'm regular customer for your cakes, pastries etc. However it was worst experience as on date when I wish to do payment via debit card. Your franchise simply refuse to accept with unreasonable excuses and believe me it happens several time. They simply redirect to nearest ATM centre. I need to explain you about current ATM situation. Government of India is insisting to digital and its not expected from brand like Monginis. Kindly make mandatory at all your centre till last order.

Today i bought a packet of waffer and it was soggy and not fit for consumption. When I went back to the shop to complain and return the product, they refused to return or replace.
They gave us a bill and asked to complain online. The bill number is 124
