The Cover of the monginis swiss roll that i bought from Reliance, kozhikode, kerala on[protected] says it was manufactured on[protected] and best before 120 days from manufacture.To my dismay, I found the product in inedible form and filled with fungus when i opened it the very next day.This type of issue is not what is expected from reputed company like Monginis.

I purchased a cake from monginis shop ambarnath east, dist thane, and they charged me almost double the original cost of the cake. After asking about price rise they said taxes have risen.
Are there 100% taxes on a product in india?
I am very disappointed with this purchase.
Monginis is such a popular brand in india and they are taking disadvantage of people choice.
How could they charge so much?

I've tried reaching you guys before and my expectations were on point because I really thought it was pointless of me mailing you guys because i knew it was hopeless.
My concern is not with the shop handler or the butter Scotch pastry. My concern was with the behavior. A brand like MONGINIS who have set their standards and me eating from the brand since a VERY LONG TIME, i go there and the UNCULTURED Shop handler shameless taking a big bite from my pastry when said it doesn't taste good. And what do i get in back " keep it if you don't like it WRITE a complaint in the book i will send it to the laboratory.
I do not expect anything from the less literate shop handler but atleast there has to be some professionalism maintained.
Monginis you want us to come to you guys or not?

I am not just going to accept this.

I've been eating mongini cake since a lot of time now and it's been habitual for me and my family to eat monginis deserts. I've been traveling around the country and whenever there's a birthday or any occasion to celebrate the only name comes is monginis. But this time it was a very very BAD EXPERIENCE which took me away from this brand and from a SPECIFIC OUTLET. the store guy behave as if i was asking pastries for free. Even if it's not an occasion it's habitual for us to eat monginis pastries or cake every second. I went to this outlet and i took 5 parties and ONE BUTTERSCOTCH PASTRY to eat there and it tasted EXTREMELY BAD. And the shopkeepers gave the reason that because it's there since morning. Arrogantly and shamelessly he took a bite from my pastry in front of me and said it's perfectly fine. Like he doesn't care at all he kept the pastry at the side and told me write a complaint if i had a problem. MONGINIS AND THAT SPECIFIC OUTLET YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR JACKASS STAFF SITTING AT THE OUTLETS THAT THEY ARE DOING NO FAVOUR. BEING A MEDIA PERSON NEVER GONNA RECOMMEND MONGINIS TO ANYBODY IN PERSONAL AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Today i visited to monginis cake shop (Shop no 12, bldg no 19, valmiki oswal park, thane west), took 1 pineapple cake to celebrate my office colleague birthday. Case was for inr 610.00

After, celebrating birthday, taken 1 bite of cake and came to know that it was a stale cake.. Taste was horrible... Absolute blunder.

All the cake went to thrash. Few of my colleagues were vomited due to this.

This is really frustrating, monginis is fake... Making tasteless cakes..

Never ever order cake from monginis again...

Please refund our amount of inr 610.00 asap.

I called Mrs. Priya Bhalerao, Monginis franchisee owner, Talegaon Pune, on Friday 13th Jan 2017. She talked to me very rudely, and was not ready to tell me the name of cake which were available. She said I have to do the payment first then she will give me the details. I said OK..Ahe said msg me your requirement N then I will get back to you. I messaged her, N then she never replied nor received my calls. I was totally dependent upon Monginis for my friend's birthday. N that lady ruined everything! Is this the way Monginis behaves with customers?????????? Very disappointing!!!

I have ordered heart shape 1 kg cake at Monginis Baner branch, Pune..
To my surprise the cake delivered was not at all fresh...Stale cream was used to write names( which were not at all clear), also sugar syrup was continuously coming out of the entire cake..The cake was in half melted condition when it was delivered to us..
Also, taste was damn pathetic..

Would like to have refund of my entire money as the order was not as per expectations and was prepared using stale material..
Will never Trust Monginis ever in my life for anything..

M not happy with ur bandra west branch. Near bndra police station. That thin guy is very rude. So mch attitude.. I was buying 7 pestries from there. I asked him is these perstires e fresh no? But he misbehav with me.& said pestries r not fresh. U may go now. And he back to his work.. Bad exp from store. He said i[censored] wnt to complain do it. I dont care. Birthday cake was order at Monginis Cake shop at Khopoli, Maharashtra.
However cake delivered was not as per order.
shopkeeper informed that it's routine practices with Mongini that cake order is not the same at delivery.
This is extremely ridiculous and shopkeeper is also too arogant. He has taken extra charges for paper box.And refuse to give receipt.

I have visited many times monginis cake shop which is in parel east the address is 2, ebhrahim mansion, dr. Babasaheb ambedkar rd, parel mumbai - 12, there if i take cake and ask for the normal small candels they always tell me that candles are not there and they always say we have candles of rs. 30 etc. And even they dont have knife too.. This has happened everytime. Very much disappointed

Had ordered for a 3kg swiss chocolate cake for a bday party from your outlet in vasai & what got delivered was 2kg swiss and 1kg dutch chocolate.
When raised with the outlet they say it was a mistake and we have to take it.
Is this how we can trust you for a suprise.
How are u going to compensate for d embarrassment we had during the celebration

Guys, not sure if you give importance to this stuff, but still thought will bring this to your notice.

I visited this particular shop yesterday and got pastries for my son. My son really liked it and hence I visited this shop again today. Yesterday, I had offerred these guys 500 Rs note, which they did not accepted for obvious reasons and I duly paid the necessary change.

Today I politely requested them if they have a POS machine, which they declined. I then again requested if they have change for new 2000 Rs note.

One of the person at the counter offerred old 500 Rs note. I kind of asked him "sale bakwas kyu Kar rahe ho...no one is accepting 500 Rs notes now and you did not accepted it yesterday. To this guy became very abusive and started using MC/BC language, of course out of anger I also lost my patience and retaliated with few words"

Overall whatever happened was not really nice experience and I don't think I will visit the shop again. I know, you may not bother to put in check for this, but still thought I will put it across to you guys for whatever it's worth.

Sir on 1st october i ordered a birthday cake for my sister i thought it would deliver on same day as same day delivery services are showing in website so i ordered a cake for my sister.
but after ordered i got to know that it will deliver after 2 days so for this reason i canceled my order and they have sent a mail to me...
We have initiating the refund process for the order number[protected] the refund amount will reflect in your account according to the bank's processing time. (7 to 8 working day)
But till date i didnt get my money back to my account i called them twice they said sir some techical problem there. ..
now last 3-4 days i am calling but they are not picking up the phone(monginis customer care)...
now tell me what will i do...monginis is a very big and good company and they are giving this kind of services...i didnt expctd it from them...

It's my mom's bday today, i am in mumbai & she is in ahemdabad, i booked a surprise cake for her yesterday through your website & my order no. Is #[protected]

I chatted with your customer care agent yesterday & he/she confirmed that the cake will reach today before 2pm.
Then i went ahead with booking & today she is arguing, that i did not inform her about early delivery.
It is very sad, if i would have known your service is like this, i would have booked through winnie.

Because of your poor service, my gift to my mom will reach late & we have arrange party which will start by 6pm.
I want cake before 5pm. Hope you can do it.

On 2nd Oct 2016 I purchased a chocolate muffin from your Magarpatta store and when I tried to eat it, I got a black stone in it which got stuck in my teeth and caused severe pain!

The quality of product is really bad and finding a stone is something which I could not expect from a brand like Monginis. I am really unsatisfied and frustrated from this incident and want you to take immediate action.

Your product which contained a non edible product "A stone" has cased severe pain to me as I had undergone Root Canal Surgery of my teeth recently.
I have also registered a complaint in your complaint book at the store yesterday. Please find a screenshot of the complaint book.

Should I consider that Monginis doesn't care about such incidents and just do business with these kind of downgraded and adulterated products having stones and non edible products which can cause serious problems? And should I go the consumer forum with my complaint as Monginis can not help me ?

I have had extremely bad experience at monginis baner road store. Even after asking three times, the store did not give proper cash memo. They gave "order memo". They did not even put the date on it. When i complained, the shopkeeper said "do whatever you want" and "i am sparing you just because you are a woman." they are supposed to give proper cash memo. I have all documentary evidence and record of phone call. The cakes itself are of sub-standard...

I had working in ghaziabad for Monginies (Delicia Foods Mumbai) & left my job on 30-6-16 but till date the company has not make my F& F & Rajkumar Singh ASM saying that there is no dues of mine. I had mail sent by him on 20-8-16 to submit the NOC & then they will pay my dues but now after submitting today he is denying for the same & useing abusive language.
Please make sure that I will have my balance dues ASAP from the super stockist Abhishek Trading Co. Ghaziabad 32/20 amrit steel compound south side indl. area ghaziabad.

Purchased 8 pieces of Browney pestries from Monginis cake shop Viman Nagar today on 18th Aug 2016.
When started eating it was smeling badly. When we check it throwly we found all FUNGUS at the bottom of all pestries and dry fruits on it smeling badly. It was very dangerous for health and feeling omety those who have eaten unknowningly.

It was a very bad quality food and not expected at all feom brands like Monginis.
It was good we have stoped eating and returned pestries to Monginis at 11.00am and registered complaint of same. We have taken photos of oestries with Fungus. It seems the peoduct is outdated or old.
Hope foe good health for those who have ate these bad food.

Requsting you to take immediate action as bad food is very dangerous to health.

Dear team,

I needed muffins cake in quantity of approximately 100, and for the same i called your marol maroshi road, andheri east, monginis outlet on #[protected] on 19-jul-2016

Spoke to a lady, she told me that if i need delivery of the same extra 50/- will be charged to me, i requested her to reduce the amount to 20/- as earlier we have taken delivery from monginis in rs. 20/-.
In turn she told me' i will pay you rs. 20/-, come & delivery for me'

I told her this is not the way to speak to customers. It was very unethical being in a service oriented company you speak to customers this way.

I ordered for 65 muffins cake from andheri - kurla rd, motilal nagar iii, andheri east outlet & got paid to the dealer total 360/- (325 (Cakes)+10 (Carry bag)+25 (Delivery charges)

On this i again called your marol outlet just to inform the lady that the delivery charges she was telling was very high & i got a better deal from the same outlet and she missed the customer just because of her arrogant and insensible behavior.

Rather than accepting her fault, she started laughing and told 'i know your type of customers, you think you are very smart. I know how to speak with people you don't teach me, how & why should i believe you that you got the order with less delivery charges, you would be lying'

It was very insensitive and ridiculous, i am writing this just to bring this to you notice that i am a customer of moniginis since many years which i would not be remembering also. Just because of few educated illiterates do not loose out customers. The way i heard from this lady today, there would be many who are going through this.

Kindly take this seriously and sensitize your front end team, they are the face for monginis.
