I bought a chicken pie of Rs 32 and i asked the sales person to pack and give..he packed but he denied giving a carry bag stating that MONGINIS has asked not to give carry bags to customers buying worth less than Rs 50. But the packet was hot so i needed a carry bag. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as it causes negative impression about the brand and it harrasses us too.

On 17th was my brother's birthday. Cake was delivered at around 5.45. We cut the cake and distributed it amongst children. Later on mom took few pieces to her friends and to her utter surprise one of them spotted this 4 cm of plastic pipe piece sort of thing from her mouth
Cannot explain what she went through. As this cake was distributed amongst kids.

This is a complaint and also a reminder to make their standards high. People's health and lives are at stake.

Staff behavior is very bad very rude...and she said she is a owner so she can anything. .I think her needed a proper sales classes and behavior tution.

I was planning to order 2kg Black Forest cake for my wife birthday, before ordering the cake we are planing to have pastries For Black forest which is for 55Rs.

My wife tasted she felt very Bad in taste i was suprised i taste myself it was a stale cake which shop owner denied to accept the reality, i am showing and ask her to taste once she denied and i also shown her pictures of the cream suppose to be white but it was in pinkish coloured i easily make out because there was a Balck forest 1KG cake lying in the stall, when i informed her she was like rakh rakh k hota hai aisa..Then i was like somthing is fishy..

Kindly look into the matter as i wasted my 55Rs after Two spoon we decided not to Eat as it was tasting like i am having it from street..

Shop owner / Worker (Lady) who took the money and box packed the cake and said i am sending this to the company..

I don't know what quality Cake Monginis is making now days..if problem is not monginis then find out the culprits as i am not going to allow any one from my family friends to visit the place Monginis for Cakes,

Its a compodition world..i want my money to be reimbursed as i have paid for your mistakes..

Also i am attaching my complaint which i have wrote in the book..I am planning to put this matter into social medial, kindly revert me back as soon as possible,

Bought red velvet jar cake. After coming home and opening it, it stinked like hell. Later saw the expiry date was already passed a few days ago. Customers are in hurry, they can forget to see manufacturing and expiry dates. But it's also the responsibility of company to sell fresh cakes. The seller took undue advantage of my hurry. It's disappointing on part of the customer. And also defames Monginis company as a whole. Strict standards and compliance to be issued by the company. Also the other pastry bought along was dry and appeared to be very unfresh. Incidence took place at Monginis store, professor chowk, Savedi, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

I had ordered a customised cake worth Rs. 2000 from Monginis in my area. The cake was filled with cream and a bad quality colour. The colour was not coming out even after washing the hands with soap. There was colour even inside the mouth after eating. Also, the cream had a sour taste.

We found metal piece in paneer puff today which I had brought for birthday of my daughter. This is horrible and we lost trust on Monginies. Hence forth I will never purchase any thing from monginies. Food safety is worst. I had kept that metal piece and will hand over to monginies

I ordered a cake on 7th February 2023 .

When I called on the number given in the confirmation message, he rudely claimed it was wrong number!
Moreover, when I called customer care they didnt pick up the call for several times.I WASTED about 1 hour in just trying to connect to customer care . When they finally recieved my call, they were clueless as to how to help me out . Later they called me and tried to impose upon me some random different flavored cake and told delivery would take 30 mins. It was already 9:00 pm by that time . After a while the customer executive calls me and says he will refund the amount the next day and had the AUDACITY to tell me to REMIND him about the same by calling him !!!

So, all in all, I didn't receive the cake after having ordered it 2 days well in ADVANCE

It RUINED MY SPECIAL DAY .Made me call and wait for hours

Please teach your staff basic manners, how to respond to contingencies like delay in delivery system failure, etc

We have been ordering from Monginis since my childhood . Experiences such as this -RUINS OUR MEMORY WITH BRAND -MONGINIS

After about 20 mins they called me again and told me even that wouldn't be possible and they will refund the amount the next day.

Teach your staff -basic manners, how to handle cases where there is delay in delivery /when your system has not registered the order, etc

We have been ordering from monginis since my childhood . To have such unpleasant experience, it ruins our memory with the whole brand -Monginis .

We bought a shunya fizz from ghatkopar metro station being in Mumbai we had to rush for the train upon checking we found that the drink was expired 15 days back I think monginis is risking on lives by selling a carbonated expired drink this is ridiculous

Bought a chocolate cake from monginis thakurpukur, Kolkata yesterday and when we cut it was stale and tasted foul. Why does monginis serves stale food? I have bought many times from different outlets but never experienced this, it's the first time I bought it from thakurpukur and the experience is horrible. Nobody ate the cake what a disgrace.

We bought a rainbow cake from Moginis store Ambernath east. When we open the box it was slight smelly but then we still cut the cake and had one bite... it was stale cake... i took that cake again to the shop...The shopkeeper didn't agreed that it was stale... she was arguing that this cake is for childrens... I have this rainbow cake everytime. So not sure why this cake is meant for only children. I have thrown that cake in their dustbin... loss of money and loss of happy occasion.

I ordered a monginis picture cake from chhapra monginis shop. He was doing Whatsapp business. He accepted the order on the WhatsApp. But then rejected when went to collect it from shop just before the function . And it was too humiliating in front of the guests. I also found many similar complaint against this.

I went to monginis cake shop (Palace road, Rajkot, Gujarat) with my pet dog . There was other customers but my pet dog was sitted in corner and after they went the shop worker told me that put your dog outside. Why he didn't told me in front of other customers? After that he said first put your dog outside thn i will take order. I went to shop by walking from my home it's 20 minutes by walking. So if i want to order i have to go home to drop my pet and thn again i go to shop ?? Monginis shop dont have any hook outside to tie belt. Where should I tie my dog outside ? And to noted my dog haven't spoiled shop not barked to anyone or teased anyone in the shop. If animals are not allowed the cake shop should place the board outside the shop "animals are not allowed " . Do they behave like this with customers?? No value for customer. Every shop who don't want to allow animals should put board outside "animals are not allowed".

On 1st January I ordered cake from their website, selected nearest branch, paid through online banking.
Money got debited but I did not receive the order.

Dear sir . I m from karad district satara state maharshtra.
I love mongins product since 1995 as i started eating when I was in Mumbai.. in my town name karad your authorised vender selling expiry product to customer misguiding them on date .this shopowner is big fraud to mend money using wonge information . This has been noticing many times now.
I request please look into matter seriously as they have been manuplating manufacturing date to your loyal customer.
This very serious issue .
I look farward fair action against them .

On the occasion of my birthday on 29th, our company ordered a cake from a local monginis shop and sent it to my home. shop address : Monginis Cake Shop. Shop No 17, City Mall, Kalyan Rd, next to Pendharkar College, Azde Gaon, MIDC, Dombivli East. We were only 7 family members on that birthday. Five of them ate the cake. From the next day, my wife and son started vomiting and my nephew also had the same problem. The other day my sister and I had terrible loose motion. Four people recovered but my condition was serious. I was cured by being admitted to a "day care" with Dr. Sachin Bonde for food poisoning treatment and under observation with saline, injection and pills. But my sister is till facing this problem.
My other sister and Bhaoji didn't eat the cake because they were diabetic and they didn't have any problem. This cake was very spoiled. At that time we didn't know anything because it looked good from outside. I am going to register a complaint against Monginis so that this kind of incident does not happen again to another family.

We Have ordered photo cake for my wife birthday but after having one bite, we were sure that cake was stale .

The cake which we purchased from kamothe shop was not good
Me and my wife vomitted yesterday and today morning.
Still we are not well.
