Monginis Cake — Blueberry cheesecake

I have purchased blueberry cheese cake from monginis retail shop
its was bed smell in cake cream and even base was not baked properly.
I returned that cake in next day morning to that retail shop and he said that they will give feedback within two days and still i didnt got the feedback and money back.
Me and my brother visited twice yet to that shop but they are not giving proper reply.
