On 6th oct 2017 friday i went to mio amore thakurpukur bazar shop for buying cake. I ordered two cake of 300/- each total amount of rs. 600/-. I gave my credit card first but due to some transaction related problem at retailers end i was compelled to give my debit card for payment. After giving my debit card pincode same problem was occurred again at retailers end but 600/- was debited from my bank account. I showed them my bank statement at that moment where 600/- debit transaction was explicitly mentioned. I requested them to give my product but they compelled me to give another 600/- in cash to get the cake. They told me whenever the amount got credited into their account they will give me the 600/- in cash. I had gone to my branch (Sbi lamartineare) and explained it clearly they told me their was no transaction related error at their end. Till today mio amore thakurpukur bazar manager is totally denying to return my 600/-. What should i do. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
