Morestore — about service of warranty product.

I take a sky bag on date 07/04/2018 from more store, nagavarapalya, c v raman nagar, bengaluru. Which have warranty of 6 month on product. After using 2-3days it's stich opened. So after this incident occurred i went to store on 29/04/2018 for servicing. That time seller told come after 2 days it will be completed but when i go after 4days for bag, that time they were searching where they kept the bag. Then again told that work not completed you come after 1days. Again when i go after one days again saying that work not completed and it will take 15 days to complete it.
It is ashamed to say that this type of customers satisfaction going here.
So plz take any necessary action regarding de satisfaction.
