[Resolved]  Morestore — more megastore singasandra/housr road store manager rude!!

This regarding a purchase i done on 07/02/2020 at 7:37 pm from more megastore singasandra, hosur road.

My wife purchased a box packed jockey inner wear and while billing the billing guy opened the jockey box to remove the buzzer. The box had 2 pieces of inner wear and the buzzer was clipped to both the pieces.

There were many peoples in the queue and opening the inner wears for my wife infront of them - i definitely didn't like.

I spoke to the store manager regarding this and he was so rude to me. He was saying there are some customers stealing inner wears and to avoid this they have done like this and will continue doing this even if i buy or not doesn't matter and will continue this. This statement from the manager was so rude. They told me, they will give a complaint form and i waited 10 minutes for that complaint form., but they were not able to find any single form. So i have to walk out of the store without any kind of help.

I need couple of clarifications
1. Is it a right manner to display the inner wear bought for wife infront of others?
2. How come a sealed packet is opened and attach buzzer to each? Then how will i believe is that the same original product?
3. Do you do a behavioral check for the guy who is appointed as a store manager? Atleast he could have spoke to me in a polite manner

You can call me back after speaking to the store manager. Please dont send me any apologize letter for hurting my feelings infront of others. I want to let that manager know a complaint is filed.
