It is unethical and unprofessional support byore team, after speaking to customer service including manager mr sriram, they did eve n bother to oblige my request, it was so unfortunate that they did not even refund my money, if my area is not covered for delivery then why did they accept and sent the sms, and took money, you guys did even have courtesy to take a call on delivery, such a bad support i never seen... Oh...
