I'm the regular customer in more banglore singachandra. Last sunday in purchased grocerys. And im not purchased the ratna thali set but its billed for 450.. So much crowd.. I want my money back or i want that same amount of product... Why u r do like this.. Pls do the immade action.. And don't do this again because money is need for all o[censored]s... Pls tk immade action and pls refund my money.

    I purchased 12 items in more retail shop located in pantakaluva road, d. No.7-157, kanuru, vijayawada on 26/04/2019. The phone number of shop is [protected] and the transaction no.16642. At the time of payment, counter staff-bhavani asked to pay for 2 non wooven bags [16x20 size] at the rate of rs.4/each bag to carry the 12 items. At this moment, my complaint is it the consumer to pay for bags in retail shops to carry the purchased items.. As per the information through internet, there is no need to pay for bags. If the information is right, please enquire about this matter and take action as early to get the benift for consumers.

      I purchased stuff at Marusthaliy MORE store on Sunday (27th Apr), I checked my bill when I was in breakfast. 2 items were billed twice, which was happened earlier many times.
      Means for a standard store like MORE cheats customers. Very sad and poor experience.
      Request authority to check and vigilance to take action against the cheating Billings.
      And whenever reported to them they play with customer by rolling them to one to another counters. Firstly at one go they will never apologize for their mistakes, which is more irritating..

        I am a regular customer of more super market in katcheri road mylapore. I am getting avin milk groceries, vergitables and fruits daily. I got a milk card and getting milk daily. There are three systems working in the shop. But the milk card is not connected to all the system and only one system is connected and i have to wait for about 10minutes to open this system and to get the bill. Kindly arrange to connect the milk cards to all the machines. So that we can get the bill quickly and to save my time for waiting.
        Pl arrange at once.

          I recently visited domlur more supermarket and i was billed for mosquito repellent roll on. The packaging was done by staff and i couldnt find the same back home. When i logged in online to see if i could call them regarding the same there was no number listed i tried calling the number listed in bill but it said switched off. Where do i address my concern?

            My payment done by sodex card on 28th march 7.00 pm to 7.30pm at more super market proddatur, pincode 516360, but your manager says not credited by sodex, so i paid through my credit card and come back to the store, i enquired sodex customer service, they says the amount was credited to more super market, so in this query i again enquired your store, they are not responding, sir please provide me 28th march sodex statement of your store, to retrieve my amount and i hope on you to solve my problem. Sir due to security problem here i am not mentioned my sodex card details, in this any information required call me [protected].

              I purchased today products worth rs 3900 but the steel box worth rs 320 @15 was not given saying that offer was for wednesday only while in your pamphlet offer was till the stock available, and i think that stock was available and wednesday offers were extended to thursday also.                 I am a regular customer of More supermarket and mega store bangalore 5th phase and 3rd phase branches. In both the store we notice carelessness for which we have to suffer. But yesterday it was an extreme insult we had to face because of a staff's carelessness. Though we paid full amount of the things purcharged, the staff did not remove all the security tags from some items because of which the alarm rang as we left the store. Then the security person dragged our shopping bags in front of other customers for checking. They took out our purchaged items and checked the bill. I can understand that it is their duty but what about the insult that we had to face infront of other customers because of another person's carelessness. My question is how are you going to compensate the insult that we faced. Simply letting us go after checking the items is not enough compared to whatever we faced yesterday. Moreover I want to know whether the preference for making bill of the customer who is with fewer things than I have, given first though the person comes after me in the line and though I stand for long in line as it happens several times in your stores with me. Totally disappointed. We have to think 100 times before going to your More mega store bangalore 3rd phase branch in future.

                Today as normal I went more and I went for billing and the cashier did not ask phone number and talking with me rash, he showed angry on me how can I bare this with a cashier...
                I have ordered a Mattress with custom size and I paid 27000. After some days now some one called me and saying the price is high and they billed it wrongly during the time of booking. I told to that guy saying the Manager given the commitment to deliver with same dimension and the same price. I am very disappointed and I want my money back.

                    I had made some purchases on 2nd january 2019 at more supermarkets, chamundipuram, mysore 570004. The billing clerk, by mistake swiped my credit card four times. I got two of them refunded to my credit card account. However, the third payment has not been refunded to my credit card account so far and the sbi credit card said that i should get the money refunded from more megastore. I have given copies of the credit card receipt to the store three weeks ago but the store is yet to refund the money back. Please look into this and authorise the store torefund the excess payment to me as soon as possible.

                    I am enclosing the receipt as well as the Credit Card statement which indicates the four payments and two refunds. Out of the remaining two payments, one has to be refunded to me

                      They kept us waiting in a queue for 30 minutes for billing and when we did the payment through paytm, they kept us waiting for another 30 minutes for the payment confirmation at their end despite the money was deducted from my paytm account and even after waiting for so long they still cancelled our billing.
                      Very unprofessional act and we definitely need to be compensated for this!

                        I am regular customer with more store at elamakkara kochi and we have been visiting this store for the last one year.

                        One thing i have noticed is the staff attitude and the body language we can understand that they are not client friendly.

                        Today at 9: 48 am the store is not cleaned it is messy with full of water leaked from all the freezer unit, it can be due the switch off of power supply in the night, the products in the freezer are not good to be sold as it would have been infected with bacteria.

                        The billing counter were not open after stand in the queue they tell to go to the next counter. This could have been avoided and told us politely

                        I had noted the number displayed on the store board and a message was sent to them and did not even respond. If this were the attitude of the store manger what we can expect from the staff.

                          Today morning I brought 4 parsha fish for 95 rupees and 6 jumbo prawns for rupees 230. All are rotten.. it so bad that it can't be fried also. While frying bones are coming out with a very bad smell. Very bad experience. I we'll never buy sea food from here again.

                            I happened to buy feaster's jeerasoda which had offer 2 for rs. 45/-, which had bad n sour taste. When i complained it in the more super market the manager (Introduced as dinu) misbehaved n drank the other bottle which i gave back n agreed to my complaint but he continued arguing n ignored to fund back the amount. Such products n sale has become more common nowadays in the name of discount. We being a regular customer of more kindly request you to take a look at this matter at the earliest.

                              I recently purchased few products at more balapur branch. The person at the billing counter took my card swiped it once and i entered the pin number. He said there was some problem and i had to do it again, this time it was the same result. I had to pay in cash but after 20 minutes there was a message on my phone indicating with draw of the amount twice. When i went to complain about it they said it will be refunded within 48hrs but it was refunded only once. When i went again they said it was a problem related to a specific bank and said it will usually be refunded. I showed them the proof on my online banking account but they said they required a printed slip from the atm

                                Dear sr i bought 512gm moong dal.. 526gm chna dal.. 3 packets of taj mahal tea 100 bags..1 ltr of nature fresh mustard oil... And1.5ltr verka standard milk from more supermarket govt college road hoshiarpur (Punjab)... Total bill provided to me was 672.87rs... Though excluding verka milk my bill was 600.. Are these items not included in packaged grocery?? Because i was given 35rupees cash back coupen.. Other hand i always receive message to get 10% cash back coupen.. I am very confused and dissapointed this time.

When I questioned them how it will be 1400 just for three items . They said it was happened mistakenly.I have the bill with me. Store manager was irresponsible not even told me apology.

                                    I am a long term customer who must have bought stuff above 1 lac but below is my shocking recent experience with product bought from sec 21c faridabad.

                                    On 14 feb19 around 7:15 pm i bought 4 juices 1ltrs packs. 100% aplle tropicana, 100% mixed tropicana, real grapes and guava tropicana.

                                    Today when i opened apple i found the pack was open and there was no seal on it (I mean the flip seal which is inside the mouth u see when you remove the cap) and then i opened other packs and all the packs are open from inside except for the guava all other 3 packs were opened.

                                    It's a shame and a slap on this so called organized channel of retailing.

                                    I had shopped for above 1 lac in last 12 months from them but now i am not gonna spend a single penny with them, i am going see them in their store tomorrow and let's see what they have got to say!

                                    Product placements and labelling of rate cards misplacement.product are not placed based on the name and unable to find whether product is having offer or not.
                                    and they are not taking mobile numbers while billing.
                                    Forced me to purchase carrybags worth RS 15 even though paper bags were present. Staff were rude and asked me to do whatever I want. If issue not solved I will go to consumer forum. They said I have to buy this bag and I would like you to take necessary actions against the staff

                                      Have been a regular customet of more/ aditya birla group for several years including being a long time share holder of group companies.
                                      Every month we have been buying from this store ever since it opened. What is being seen lately is that the staff is totally rude, the manager is never available, complaints are dismissed with sarcastic remarks! The offers shown do not get reflected at the billing where they tend to hustle the customers and only on thorough checking the excess billing is detected. Once or twice may be a coincidence but this happens every time since past 7 or 8 visits prompting us to waste time n money on revisit to get the mess sorted out. Today we had spent more than an hour picking up a cart load of items and had to leave it at the billing counter as the billing clerk had no clue as to the price or offer for many items n was billing excess amount. Complaining had no results except wasting more time.
