In more store gayathrinagar bangalore, transaction made through phone pe on 22.11.2018, cashier said transaction failed and made to pay again, but phonepe costumer care send me order id saying it’s successful. And in store they say they still unclear about transaction. Worst experience with more. Why they not giving my money back and every weekend they playing same. Is more store such irresponsible place???

Fake msg recd about Potato price Rs 10/- per kg. I visited there but the said item was not available. They have charged Rs 16/- per kg.The item was available for today and I visited today i.e. 19.12.18 itself.

    This is about more supermarket madikeri. The sales ppl are rude downright. They make it look like you have gone there to beg something. If your billing rounds up to something like rs73 and never expect change. If you beg them then they will trade you a rs 5 munch at the max. And when you visit them for groceries and veggies, twice or thrice a week like me, you have to get used to them not giving the change back because your change is rightfully belonging to more supermarket if you decide to shop with them. And they refer to you in singulars coz you dont even, in the least, deserve basic respect according to them.

    The staff was rude as he informed me that I have to remove the raincoat which was not even dripping. If it was dripping i could understand. But as the case was not so. And before asking the customer to remove raincoat . Please provide facility to do so. Worst experience ever

      It was mentioned mrp-25, and charged 30. (Colgate zig zag black toothbrush)
      Previous i have same experience.
      In this way you behave with customers, will will lose hope on your stores and also your goodwill will be damaged.
      Plz respond to my complaint.
      Other wise will go to legal advice.

        Today when i have visited more nizampet village for two products they have charged me more than mrp. Rajma mrp was rs 36/- charged rs. 37/- when asked staff refunded rs. 1/-. Other one for deo mrp is rs. 200/- they have charged rs. 220/- when asked staffr mr maruti he did not bothered atleast to see whether it is correctly captured or not. After reaching home once again i have cross checked and found that they have charged us more than the mrp. I have lost complete trust on that store as it is not the first experience with me. I have a fight with the store manager last time as they have charged more than 50% (Offer was mrp 50%). Almost there is mismatch in the price tag and the bill. Once i have noticed the mismatch in the discount items from then i have started checking the bill and whenever i see i found atleast 1 mismatch. This is very bad part on more. Once again i request the management to take proper care and not to loose the trust of the customers. Iam trying to add the bill and the product but it is not taking as it is saying size is big...

          It is submitted that i have purchased some gift for sale on my shop i. E. Dugri snack point located at lig flat urban estate, dugri, ludhiana from your retail shop located at model town opp. Deep hospital with commitment that retained gift on our shop i. E. Which not be sale those shall be replaced with other product as our requirement as our shop of fast food and gift purchased only for diwali festival, but now your official mr. Kalra, mr. Negi not stands on their commitment and not ready to replace our retained gift. It is therefore request to instruct mr. Kalra and mr. Negi to replace our gift with routine use things/domestic use material. It will be very thankful. Otherwise i shall go ahead in consumer court.

            This is to record my complaint against the service extended to me at your more department stores located at pammal, chennai.

            On 4th november, i had been to your store, purchased groceries and other products and at the payment counter, i gave them my idbi bank debit card for swiping to settle payment.

            Immediately, i received a message in my mobile that a sum of rs.716/= was debited from my account.

            But your staff informed me that the swiping machine reports ‘transaction failed’. And hence she insisted me to swipe my card again to settle the payment. I told her that already a sum of rs.716/= was debited from my account and how i can swipe again and again for settlement of a single bill. I returned the products and requested her to cancel the transaction. I was informed that this amount will be credited in my account within a couple of days.

            No amount was credited to my account despite lapse of one week’s time.
            When i approached them again in this regard, they advised me to contact ‘customer care’ services of idbi bank who have issued the debit card.

            Why do the store function with faulty swiping machine…?.

            Why punish customers to contact the ‘customer care’ of the bank which issued the debit card….?

            I am a regular customer and always press ‘good’ as my feed back at the end of every transaction.

            Please look into such complaints. This complaint is not about the staff or product, but about the services provided.

            As per your store policy for Nov that customer would get cash back of Rs 75 if they paid to more through paytm amounting minimum 750. However, I have paid to more mega store GURUGRAM of amount 1711and not received any cash back till now.

              I am James Rapheal, a customer in More - sangareddy.

              On 25/10/2018, I have made some purchase from More supermarket, Sangareddy, with my debit card. The bill amount was Rs 474.59.

              Due to some technical problem ( signal problem - as per more staff - Mr Krishna ), I have done 3 times punching in swipe machine. At the third punch, the bill got generated.

              But when I checked my Bank account, Rs 474.59 was deducted in all the three occasions.

              I made a complaint to "More supermarket" and to "SBI Sadasivpet". So far no refunding done.

              I can hardly give some details on bill ( bill is not so clear to read )

                I have come for shopping today from jogupalya. I bought 02 t shirts. There was cash back offer on phone pay. I went to 26 no. Counter for billing and requested to pay through phone pay but the sellswoman asked me to give my debit card and made the payment. On asking about payment through phone pay, she shown very rude behaviour and talked in regional language which i could not understand. I felt very shameful facing this in front of other customers and also faced a loss of 250 in the form of cashback.

                  I am isita sarkar from kolkata., sinthi more. I went there with my father around 4.15. Pm. We are carring a bag. Inside a water bottle and 25 rs bornborn biscut. There i search my some items.. That times a man come and ask my father this biscut where you perched. Then he told him i perched it2_3 day before. Then he didn't agree with that'. He badly harrshed my father. My father told him if you want you can take the this biscut. He misbehaved with us. I want a action against him. His name is swapan pramanik.*.                     On 24th oct 2018 around 14:37:46 i swiped my debit card @more store to pay1, 315.00/-i swiped my card has been debited from my account. Your people asked me to pay through cash and they said my amount will credit back to my account within 24 hours, i paid cash. The next day rs.1, 315.00has been credited back to my account but remaining rs1, 315has not credited yet. When i gone through my account statement, and my account rs:1, 315.00has been debited towards adithya...

                      Hi,

                      On 13th oct 2018 around 1:20pm i swiped my debit card @more store to pay rs.103.90. I swiped my card twice but both transactions got failed but my rs.207.80 has debited from my account. Your people asked me to pay through cash and they said my amount will credit back to my account within 24 hours, i paid cash. The next day rs.103.90 has been credited back to my account but remaining rs103.90 has not credited yet. When i gone through my account statement, those both transactions showing wrongly on different days (13th & 14th oct). And my rs.103.90 has been debited towards adithya birla retail ltd on next day (14th oct) where i never visited and never swiped my card @ more store. Please help me out in getting back my rs.103.90 to my account.

                        Today i visited morestore gupta colony, malviya nagar. I selected the required fruits, vegetables and other grocery items for my regular use.

                        I was stun to see the behavior of junior staff posted for preparing the bills. They were very rude and suspecting all the customers. Everyone was leaving with an impression that he/she would not come again.

                        In fact, it has been observed that in recent times the quality of items has deteriorated and the rates are normally 25% higher than market rates. That is why u must have noticed a decline in the overall profit and sales.

                        The store is over staffed and most of the members are busy in querrelling with customers on petty and avoidable issues. Even the manager is not trained how to interact with customers. The shabby outlook adds to fall in customer satisfaction.

                        All your schemes are bogus and only eye wash. Myself being a member for so many years did not get any benefit of any of yr scheme.

                        I request that the staff, i believe recently posted, be changed from here and thrown to any other store and a polite and gentle staff posted here. It is the only way out to boost yr sales and also increase customer satisfaction level.

                          Today we billed for rs 2276.75, pos no 104, date 14/10/18, time 17.26.14, cm no[protected]. We have paid from card, and we got message of rs 2276.75 deducted from my account and staff said not received in card, so we paid cash. Please get back our money which we paid twice.
                          We paid bill amout first by card, then staff said not received so we paid cash also, but we received message from bank that amount is paid to more. So we have paid two times the bill. So please refund the amount

                            More store in yashwanthapur, bangalore is not accepting phonepe but there are displaying the board that phonepe is accepted.

                            Even after witten the feed back form regarding this issue. Store staff is not taking any steps to inform the customers that phonepe is not available

                              I have visited your retail store today at 8:15 pm, the store person 'satvinder' misbehaved and insulted me over rs 500 change. He disagree to give me change and shouted in front of entire store. I will file a complain against more super market for humaliting in public place. There were no store manager came out when i called for help. Not a single person helped.

                              Bought sooji last month from more megastore, Nizampet. It has date of expiry 6/11/2018, when open for consumption it is spoiled and insects formed inside. Tried to contact on the customer care number given onsite it is not reachable.

                                I am a regular visitor to more store, today i was responded from a security person in such a way he walked to the billing counter and started reweighing all the products, other customers was seeing me doubtfully, billing was done by more staff, i complained this to the store manager, but he responded as it is his duty.

                                I was confused on is the job of security person at cash counter

                                I am challenging on the store do have a check on the cctv footage if any thing over and above is gone you can sue me in court of law, but now i would raise a complaint against the store in consumer forum, will be sharing the docket number

                                Buy few things (biscuit, AXE deodorant, lays chips, real lichi juice) all OK but biscuit sunfeast bounce crushed inside packing and not get invoice bill.

                                  I feel cheated as i have made a recent purchase from more megastore in rohini sector 10 delhi of rs 3261.. My mobile number is [protected], same number i gave when that person on counter started billing my stuff's. You can check my last bill with the number.. Her name was sheetal. She informed that if we pay through hdfc debit/credit card, i will get 10% cashback which is 326 inr within 24 hours.. I did this purchase on saturday 29 september 2018. Which i never received till date.. More over to this she told me on the same number i mentioned above we will get a code thru which we will get discount on our next purchase only on groceries.. Out of 3261 total bill groceries was close to 2600, so she said close to 260 rupees i will get as discount on my next purchase on groceries from same store.. I never received an otp.

                                  I feel harrasted on this, and consider this as fraud that what u promise, you are not delivering to customers..

                                  Please look into it at earliest.

                                    I purchased a led tv intex tv set (Splash led 102 cm) rs 23999/- on 10th april 2016 from more mega store indore and paid through sbi credit card.
                                    The tv set stopped displaying the picture in july 2016, to lodge a complaint against the product to intex tv company, i asked for the copy of bill but after many request more megastore indore office refused to provide the bill. They verbally replied that bill is not shown on screen yet my another purchase of rs 156 on the same day is in the record.
                                    I had submitted the payment proof, the statement of my credit card, but employees at more indore didn't provided the bill, till date. I sent several complaints on more megastore website but it had not replied and neither sent the copy of the bill.

                                      I purchased a pack of Amul paneer..and when I opened that pack it sinking having bad smell and it has been repeated two times first time I use to ignore.
                                      Secondly, there is so much confusion while making bills, many times they include the same thing twice and due to rush many times we are not able to cross check the bill.

                                      I request you to take some action as we are paying for the product and not even able to consume.

                                        Dear sirs, i am a resident of prestige shantiniketan, itpl road, mahadevpura, bengaluru. Your company has a more super market outlet in our residential complex and i am writing in connection with this.

                                        The performance of the staff at this store is pathetic to say the least. The manager, mr niranjan, is never reachable. My efforts to get the problems sorted with the other staff evokes very poor response. Just to highlight, i an narrating the events of yesterday.

                                        Called at 1617 hrs and placed an order for some items.
                                        Called at 1827hrs. Told items on the way
                                        Called at 1939 hrs. Gold items already left the store and would be delivered shortly
                                        Called at 2055hrs. Told items on the way but could i repeat the order.
                                        Today
                                        Called at 1043hrs. The man, mr mahesh put the receiver down and did not want to continue with the conversation.
                                        Called at 1047hrs. Spoke to someone else. Wanted to speak to mr niranjan and was told that he is not available.

                                        In this connection i had spoken to ms aswini from your pr or customer care department about a month ago and highlighted the problems faced by residents. It appears that the staff at the store have an attitude that the resident are dependent on them and not the other way around. Please do something before the other store, freshmart, takes away all the bysiness from you.

                                        I went to purchase some items in more which is in CBI road, RT nagar, Bangalore.When I went to exchange some goods, the staff there told me that the manager is not available at the moment so come later. Second time when i went, I was told the same thing. I am disappointed by the service i received. Please do correct the staff.
