Dear sirs, i am a resident of prestige shantiniketan, itpl road, mahadevpura, bengaluru. Your company has a more super market outlet in our residential complex and i am writing in connection with this.
The performance of the staff at this store is pathetic to say the least. The manager, mr niranjan, is never reachable. My efforts to get the problems sorted with the other staff evokes very poor response. Just to highlight, i an narrating the events of yesterday.
Called at 1617 hrs and placed an order for some items.
Called at 1827hrs. Told items on the way
Called at 1939 hrs. Gold items already left the store and would be delivered shortly
Called at 2055hrs. Told items on the way but could i repeat the order.
Today
Called at 1043hrs. The man, mr mahesh put the receiver down and did not want to continue with the conversation.
Called at 1047hrs. Spoke to someone else. Wanted to speak to mr niranjan and was told that he is not available.
In this connection i had spoken to ms aswini from your pr or customer care department about a month ago and highlighted the problems faced by residents. It appears that the staff at the store have an attitude that the resident are dependent on them and not the other way around. Please do something before the other store, freshmart, takes away all the bysiness from you.
