Please note i come almost every alternative days to More Store Supermarket in Ichapore, North 24PGS(pin 743144) . But some how your store stuffs are specific customer centric and dont provide a products to all. It had happened with me earlier also. I came today morning for Amul Gold Milk, but when ever I asked they always says it's booked. However when I came today morning to do the same they told me they can't booked it since it's not arrived.
Later when I came to collect the milk that time milk was there but I can't take and they have mentioned it's booked since someone will take that milk. And they can't give me because he take every day and I take often. This is a ridiculous customer service. I had mentioned that I need that milk for my kid. Just because someone take that milk everyday they didn't give me the milk. So, More store offering a zero payment booking based upon frequency. Due to there horrible behavior. Atleast I will not visit More store again and will not encourage others too.
Any way they love to sold the stuffs to local shops guys more rather than individual customer just to achieve the sales target.

Bedsheet Quality is very bad, fabric quality is bad from inside, it seems like bedsheet will go after first wash only. Lots of wear and tear are already there.

When Covid and Omicron is spreading fast More Supermarket at General Hospital junction Trivandrum is insisting for keeping the entrance door tightly closed. No air curtain. As a senior citizen, I am afraid to visit the confined space. Even the heath department is insisting to avoid such places.

It is to be noted that there is no security person to monitor and restrict people without mask entry into MORE SUPER MARKET situated in BARKATPURA, HYDERABAD CITY, TELANGANA STATE.

i have personally seen people are freely moving around shopping without mask and many are seen sneezing, coughing causing frightening situation for other consumers, even some staff are seen mask dangled below mouth

we struggled for 2 years because of corona but still people are not understanding the gravity of danger from covid19 due to not following safety measures like masks
though there is reduction in covid cases but not total eradicated for free moment in public places

i seek the attention of health and safety officers to take strict action against the establishment where safety guidlines are not followed

I purchased a 500 grm weikfield cornflower from more hyper mart after that I checked in my home from tax invoice which was more price from printed. Printed price was Rs-80.00 and I pay for Rs-80.80. The store address is- Chinsurah, West Bengal, 712101.

On 24 August 2020, my transaction of rs. 442 was cancelled at more store sirhind by a debit card. An employee of more store sirhind asked me to do the payment again and said that they will return the first payment. Its been two months i am asking them. But they are doing nothing. Proof has been attached
Please respond as soon as possible.

He was always drunk whenever I went to your store. I have some problems, he used to insult me ​​in vulgar language, he came to hit me.He was still drunk. Please take legal action. I informed the local police station.

I was purchased some product from more supermarket Thrissur-kerala
I got a product much higher rate above MRP product was 2 packet 1L coconut oil. And also they cheated me in the name of offers. They were displayed offer tag but in my bill it was not reflected.
Iam a regular customer, I don’t know how many times I was cheated!!!

I was purchased some product from more supermarket Thrissur-punkunnam

When i was cross checked that product Coconut oil price is higher than Maximum Retail Price (MRP:219 Rs ) they were collected 245 Rs.

And also i was purchased these product because of offer but i was cheated by them.

On[protected] at 06.34pm a transaction of rs 1930.86 was made from my debit card again on same day at 06.43 pm same amount deducted from my debit card. (A/c ending X7944)
The Card swapped two times at MORE Karwar as demanded by the shop.
Initially your shop(MORE Karwar) told the amount would be returned back to my account, but the amount not returned . The same amount might have credited to your account two times .

After 5 days of giving order through online mode still Neither other got processed nor any status change. I've booked my grocery through More Super Market (Aditya Birla Group) on 3rd October (Order No. 534219 of Rs.1260/-)which still got undelivered after 5 days though amount got deducted. Even when called up the customer care on 7th October 2021 they also told the order will be delivered but no step has been taken from their side.

Very Very disappointed also because there is no option of cancelling the order from Online Stores. Kindly help me from such fraud customer service activity from such big brand More.

They always somehow manage to ruin the More image I have every time I visit this store like it happened today

Realizing a mistake has been made and I purchased a wrong product, I returned back to the store requesting for the item to be returned and a different product be taken instead

I very clearly told right at the beginning as soon as I entered that I am hard pressed for time, in a hurry, could they do the needful fast

Instead, I was first kept waiting, then, Rajeshwari [if her name is right and if she is a cashier] started giving me the return policy that the money cannot be returned back, I will need to purchase something else instead

Very politely, again I asked her to do what needs to be done and that I did not need to purchase anything else. I had to repeat more than 3 times that I did not want anything else, despite which Rajeshwari tried to add something to the bill.

Will you not at this point get angry?

I am being forced to take something I did not want, the staff repeatedly wasting my time, even after very clearly telling them, I was in a real hurry, in one word, the summary of this experience is - unacceptable!!

She then spoke to A S N Srinivas, if that is his correct name, the store manager, if that is his correct designation

These two tried to get me to purchase something else and I did purchase 3 cornettos [ref bill no: 3333-[protected], which on returning home and opening I found all the three very soggy, if you are a cornetto cone eater and fan like I and my family are, you will know cornetto cones are never sold soggy]

After wasting a total of 30 minutes for what was just a 5 minute job, I checked to see if there were any cctv cameras in the cashier area to record the entire conversation so that you could pull up the footage and see who the people I am referring to were, and how the entire event unfolded

I was shocked to see that there were no cctvs in that area, when in all stores I have been to, there are always at least 2 cctvs in the cashier area

This is not the first time an unfortunate experience has happened at this store, it seems to happen to me every time I visit this store. I want you to know this - this is the only more store this happens

I have been your customer right from the time when you were Trinethra, and for sometime, believed that you have a tie-up with MORE UK, which was why I was even more upset because the standards here are no where near what is practiced there

You need to close your store at the address I have mentioned before you have more angry customers complaining or get this fixed and cameras installed both inside and outside the store capable of audio as well

Please let me know how to raise a formal complaint on this store

This complain is regarding the transactions which I made two times for the same bill amount on 17th Aug 2021.

First time I paid through Google pay app by scanning the QR code displayed on the terminal, Amount got deducted from my account but terminal generated the cancel slip.

After this, Cashier told that it will get refunded within 24 hrs and asked me to do payment through other mode. So, 2nd time I used my debit card and paid the bill amount.

So two times I got charged for the same bill and didnt received refund for first transaction.

I went to store multiple times but everytime they are telling that they will check and update but they didn't call back.

So kindly do the needful and help to initiate refund process for first transaction.
