I hv booked a rice bag at saketh branch, kapra, hyderabad, yesterday nd requestd fr home delivery 21/6/2021 nd not received on th same. Today 22/6/2021again i went nd asked fr delivery said today they can do..
But sofaar not yet delivered.. So plz kindly look into it nd do the needfull by deliver my Rice bag..

I was at More Superstore Sahakarnagar, Bangalore. At the non-veg section, the staff weighed one full chicken. I asked them to weigh another full chicken as I wanted to choose the heavier one. The staff were rude and shouted at me why I was making such a request. As a longtime customer I was shocked. Earlier times, staff would compare 2 chicken and allow me to take the heavier one. Has there been a change in More policy? Even if there was a change, aren’t the staff supposed to be polite to customers?

I had purchased a bag of raw rice from More Store, RA Puram, Chennai 600028 early May 2021 via Amazon-More delivery service. A few weeks later when I opened the rice bag it had a rotten rat with several insects due to the dead rat in it. I returned the bag to the same store. After a lot of fuss over the fact that I bought thru Amazon and that they cant directly take it back etc they took it back. The manager promised to send a replacement bag. It has been more than a month since I returned I have neither got the rice bag nor the refund money. They don't pickup the call and if they do they dont give any proper answer. Firstly, it is very unethical to sell sub-standard products and secondly not acknowledging and correcting the issue immediately. Please help!

In this covid situation I visited Moremegastore in hosur road, bangalore, there they are selling essential goods and in the side they are displaying and selling some dresses as well. Dresses also shown as offer prices they displayed the offer tag as well but when I took it for billing they are telling there is no offer because of covid. It doesn't make any sense. In the same store offer items also is there and they are telling some item are not available in offer price due to covid situation that is really pathetic. How is it possible, If it is like that they should not display the offer price tag over there. This is actually really cheating. I[censored] don't have offer in covid situation then there should not be any offer for any items. But they are showing offer price and asking for MRP and telling abt covid situation. Many people are getting cheated by this. They just look at offer price and buy the product, if they are not checking the billing properly they surely will get cheated. When I asked abt this the staffs of that store behaved very badly. This is really disappointing and cheating.

Pls cancel the order no 348138 and 348132 as it have been done by mistake.
The above order have been on 15 June 2021 ( Tuesday) .
We are unable to cancel the order and we are also unable to contact u.

Pls cancel the above order nos at the earliest

I am a permanent customer of more store, banga road phagwara(pb).Today ie 12.06.21, I want to visit the store at 5.30 pm, but employee standing at the main gate stopped me to enter inside by saying... store is closed.I said the store will close at 6pm.There were only 2 or 3 customers inside.He said that the billing is stopped... it's very much astonishing that the employee has stopped at least 6-7 customers to enter inside... my request is to take action against the concerned as well as the manager of the store who were not doing their job properly.

I have received Rotten coconuts. I did inform to the delivery man from the shop too.

Totally disappointed with the behaviour of staffs at more konni outlet. this is literally the third time Iam going through such bad attitude of staffs with literally no respect, treating customers like shaming and fooling them. Not properly labelling the amount of products.total dissatisfaction! Pathanamthitta more has better dealings with customers.

Today I have purchased various items from your More Store, Haridevpur Kolkata vide CM No. 1683-[protected]. Transaction 222872, POS No. J6164 DTD 19.05.21 time 07.25 a.m.

Along with the items I have also purchased 05 packets of Amul Taaza Toned Fresh Milk 500 ml pouch. All those milk packets are rotten when put to boil. This is very much unexpected from a reputed store of yours from where I have been purchasing for more than 7 years.

I want immediate refund of money along with appropriate compensation as due to lockdown and subsequent closure of all shops by 10 a.m. in Kolkata I couldn't purchase milk for the day.

Hoping for your kind action at the earliest.

I have placed an order for home delivery on Friday May 14, 2021 from MORE koothattukulam branch. I haven't received my 9rder yet. I have contacted them on Saturday and Sunday (twice each day). Whenever I call they assure me they will deliver it that day. I haven't received mine yet. During this lock down we depend on home delivery for our own safety and also for greater good. How can we justify such irresponsible behavior at this time. If they say they couldn't deliver I could have gone to the store and made the purchase during weekend. Now in Ernakulam district (kerala) its triple lock down and I can't go out.

Please look into this matter and do.the needful.

Last Saturday on[protected] at 10:40am i paid 467rs to more supermarket from phone pe. My transaction was successfull. But in there system server was slow. In middle only he cancelled the amount. And they said again you have to pay. The deducted amout will reverse to you withing 24hr I already visited 5 times to more super market still I didn't got my reversal amount and the manager has no idea how to work in system. Please help.

Today i am purchased provision at MORE Store located at Vijaya Bank Layout. After purchase payment made through SODEXO meal card. After payment made first time more representative informed payment failure. So second time payment made through SODEXO card.

So, kindly cross check your statement and confirm, in case payment not happened twice kindly provide your statement to claim the debited amount with SODEXO.

I have recently made home delivery order and I got poor quality of banana and urad dhal. Banana became full black within a day and urad dhal has holes in it. We requested for a replacement but no one responded. It has been more than a day and we are still waiting to get a response. The store is located at Gowrivakkam chennai 600073. Please take necessary action. The quality has been bad recently and would appreciate if the quality is maintained.

I had visited twice to MORE Super Market of address - [Shreyas Arcade, beside m/s Sushma Traders, Devikere, Sirsi, Karnataka 581410] on 10/04/2021) in order to purchase 7 up 2.25Ltr cold drinks where it was in offer and priced Rs.69. But, the staff at the store refused to give the product eventhough, about 3 case bottles was still in stoke. When we asked to buy it, they are mis-guiding and not allowed to get it billed. It's been repeating daily for the offer products and making it hold for the customers to buy. As all the customers had good trust that the more provide good offers at the best price. But, this store really disappoints the customers badly.

I am a regular customer of more supermarkt Tuni. and a staff person named T. Sai Ram is rudly dehavior with lady customers, and If there is any staff in the store we will come like that with our family. Please remove such a person in the store

I am one of your regular customer. I had taken many fruits earlier. Today I was not satisfied the water melon given at your store at Malamaddi under the billing no.3124-[protected] dated 13/03/21 at 20.33.58 as the fruit was raw to eat. Hence I rejected the same and that did not order me good one which was done earlier. I have made full payment and did not find good to buy again. Why do you keep such raw fruits? And today's situation made me to think twice before going to More Store.

In kanjirappally oulet of more behaviour towards customer is in an improper manner. If we took out less product need to wait out for a long time

I was told that my purchase will be delivered by evening 7pm but yet it has not been delivered till today afternoon. No one picks the call.. very bad customer service
