Morestore — behaviour of a cash counter man is very bad

I have bought 5kg minikate rice loose from your belghoria store at sarada apartment, 9/4 feeder road, kolkata 700056 at 14:44 hrs dtd 14.05.18. The man at the cash-counter gave no attention to me & he is going on to do his own work. When i asked him to make cash memo, he said that he is not interested to do that & show me to go to other counter for making cashmemo as he is so busy in his own work & argued with me that he is previously said to all that he is so busy he cannot do cash counter work. But this is totally lie. I stand there for about 5 minutes but he said nothing at all that his counter is closed. I am marketing at this shop but never experience such bad behaviour. You should take action about this cash counter man. My cash memo no. 3224-[protected]
Finally i have to make cash memo at other counter of other staff.
