Morestore — billed higher price than display and unethical behaviour

I had purshased products date:[protected] .One of the product apricot display price was rs.115 but billed fors.119.This happened many times later when enquired the next day they paid the due.

she blamed me after billing when asked for cctv footage she lied that the place doesnt cover under cctv .She blamed me desperately.When i enquired other staff they said it covers 6 cctv cameras .The next day when i checked the footage there is no mistake of mine and she blamed me.They accepted their mistake and some other staff member apolizised but not her.
This is extremely unethical from your side.This is cheap.Many of staff doesnt know the products available in their stores and no manager.Local store is far better than more store.Had to think twice to purchase from your stores.If you are unable to provide customer service leave the business or atleast be ethical to your customers.Broke the trust.
