I had purchased an Eveready CFL from More store in BSk 2nd Stage, Bangalore 560 070 on 03.12.2019.
This bulb should last at 10 yrs but failed today, 25/11/2020, not even an year since purchase.Upon requesting the Store manager to replace the lamp, he wanted the bill.
I did not have the bill and requested him to cheque my mobile number on his computer for the date of sale.
He said it was not possible. Then why does he collect my mobile no with every purchase. Does not MORE have a huge computer network across the country ?
Is it practical for us to save the bill for years together.Does not my sticker with date of purchase on the lamp suffice?
