Sir, I am a daily customer of your retailer shop. but on 10/07/18 I brought some goods from authored code:512132 and problems arised which needs your correction for good customer service as with me these things happend which i find it very annoying as:
* I called one of the customer service provider to give me dal, but I waited there for more than 20 min. still no body came for it.
* every time when Imake payment with my card, they give bill but without any pin attached with it . when I asked for it the lady who was at the billing counter made such comment which is not at all expected from a customer provider.my invoice no is 000408. I can not provide you the detail of the staff because there is no I/D card of any staffs. Please do that for customer benefit.
*another day I brought some goods and when my child was coming out they gave him some plastic bowl as free gift. Sir do you think is it good for man to use plastic items. We all should try to free our India from plastic use please do not encourage it.
*please make sure the staff should behave in a helping manner so that we feel comfortable in going to your store. Was this information helpful? |
