I would like to kind your attention that I had purchased some grocery & kitchen items from MORE Store (Aditya Birla Retail Limited.) at Kirti Nagar on dated 14th May'16
amount Rs. 1893.19/-(file attached) through Debit card of Indian Overseas Bank, they swapped my card three times but their machine couldn't deduct but fourth time their machine accepted and give us bill no (copy attached) of amount Rs. 1893.19, after two & three hours we had got the msg from Bank the amount was deducted double of amount Rs.1893.19 (total amount deducted Rs.3786/- instead of Rs. 1893.19) we immediately called up to your MORE Store told him all details, their supervisor told us we had checked out there only one amount payment deducted Rs. 1893.19 as per our system, next day I had come to at MORE STORE as met with Rajesh ( mobile no. [protected]), I had shown him the bank statement there is clearly mentioned the double entry of the same amount.1893/-, for your reference copy attached, Supervisor advised to me you had to go at your Bank main branch and told all details, they will help out and reimburse amount within 5-7days, we had again called at MORE customer care but they said we have received only one entry amount Rs. 1893 we had given all details to my branch but there was showing double entry, many time i have called up their customer care at Kirti Nagar but till date we have not got any clear confirmation from your side, Banker customer care and details is clearly showing the double swapping, please look at this matter asap and give me right direction, approx one month about to complete,
