Morestore — kwality ice cream

Today i have bought 2 double chocolate cornetto, a feast chocobar, and a mango pulp stick. As we opened the packs the ice-creams were deformed and molten.
My home is just a minute from the store. When we contacted the store incharge he said he had separated the damaged ice-creams but was unaware that those for sale was also molten. He asked us to bring the molten ice-creams which was not possible... We showed him the packs and the pictures of the damaged ice-creams... But he ignored..
This kind of service is unexpected... More over the ice-creams dated july 2019

How come you are selling the carry bags for such a higher cost for a costumer...say 35/- rupees, cloth bags

I believe you are taking an advantage of the customer who doesn't carry a bag into the stores, which is not fair.

Hope you consider my complaint and make the customer feel coming comfortable to your place
