Morestore — more store is not delivering me the gift item against the shopping of more than rs.15000/-

I shopped woth more than rs.15000 from more store, faridkot during jan., 2018 and march, 2018. But, the store is now not delivering me the promised gift of pressure cooker against the shopping of more than rs.15000. On dated 18.04.2018, when i asked abt the gift from the store manager, mr. Munish, he spoke to me rudely. His tone and tenor was not proper. He even showed indifferent attitude towards my grievance.
Gravely disappointed.
