1. Sir in your stores the products racks are not labelled.
2. On many occassions poduct names are not generally known better to use local langauage words instead using dictionary words.
3. The tags put below each time fonts are too small.
4. Many times it is found the price tags are not updated.
5. Frequently changing locations of products.
6. No proper visuals are used in stores to depict the section.
7. Veg stuffs which are outdated found kept in rack.
8. The prices of products are not in par with market they are exorbitantly charged please ask ur pricing people to compare rates of products in market and put reasonable price.
9. People have to search products for hours together.
10. You should authorise local more staff to do customers friendly alterations
11. Please make one pricelist book and depict the bin no etc in it to trace your products easily.
12. When people ask to improve your service system ur system doesnt allow.
13. Over all we request you to make your store more convinience for customers.
14. Many time your stores air conditioners are kept off.
15, price tags discounted prices are confusing.
16. You say buy two and you will get one free but prices will be 1 or 2 rs more.
17. Compelling customers to buy 2 unfair customer practice.
18. Many customers do not ask they try to live with all inconvinience you have made
19. Please dont give deceptive adds
20. These all complaints are brought to your notice after telling several times to your stores staff in our location ie dharwad.
We hope aditya birla a world class organisation will take pains to head to customer complaints.

That particular offer was valid till 25 nov. and I went on 27 nov. and the offer was displayed there.If the offer had expired on 25 Nov the why the store hasn’t updated it even after two days.It means store staff is inefficient in doing their job and especially The Manager doesn’t have sense how to talk to customers
