Morestore — need duplicate bill

I purchased electrolux washing machine of 6.8 kg from more mega store, rajaji nagar, banagore in jan 2017, now this washing machine is in breakdown and service engineer needs bills as its dryer motor has warranty of 2 yrs

The washing machine bill which you have issued is of thermal and now nothing is visible on it. But i have copy of delivery note which has its s. No. (692) having cash memo no. 122/929

Kindly share duplicate bill of this purchase so that i can claim for warranty

Look forward for your prompt response as machine is under breakdown in just less then 2 yrs which i have purchased from more
