This is chitikela. Praveen i have been to more mega store (Total mall) at madivala bangalore for shopping.
I have purchased some products along with feasters chips and some other chips.
I went to the checkout to pay the bill, the staff are really not aware of what is the discount on the product.
And there are every where big hoardings displayed near the products.
But what surprised i was asking the staff to check and bill but he is least bothered to check for the customers.
This is just cheating and fooling the customers, by placing the products in the bin on the floor where there would be promotional offer products.
And when i ask the staff about the price of the products and discounts they are not aware of them.
I went to customer service desk but i see there is only one person who is assisting the customers, how can only one person handle on a busy day i. E: saturday
Evening.
He asked me to get the offer hoarding screen shot or photo copy, how can the staff say to the customers to get the photo copy?
I have asked the customer service desk staff to call up to the manager, it took overall they kept me waiting for more than 1 hr 30 mins.
Is this the way you respond to customers?
This is really bad experience to me, and bad image on more mega store (Total mall).
Request higher officials to take and action and contact me.
