Morestore — Rude behaviour of Ongole more store supermarket staff

At Ongole more supermarket store near Nellore bustand franchise My bag security did not search when I went into the store at least not tagged. Cash counter girl said we have to search bag when I go out after shopping. Actually they don't have any rights to check my bag, because they don't follwing protocols even I understand and agreed to check my bag. And I gave proofs of whatever items were in my bag.They didn’t even apologize to me knowing they had done wrong.
