I was trying to raise a complaint on your website but kept getting a message:

I get great experience at all other More stores but for some reason, every time I go to this store at Ushodaya Junction, MVP Colony:
MORE SUPERMARKET

They always somehow manage to ruin the More image I have every time I visit this store like it happened today

Realizing a mistake has been made and I purchased a wrong product, I returned back to the store requesting for the item to be returned and a different product be taken instead
I very clearly told right at the beginning as soon as I entered that I am hard pressed for time, in a hurry, could they do the needful fast
Instead, I was first kept waiting, then, Rajeshwari [if her name is right and if she is a cashier] started giving me the return policy that the money cannot be returned back, I will need to purchase something else instead
Very politely, again I asked her to do what needs to be done and that I did not need to purchase anything else. I had to repeat more than 3 times that I did not want anything else, despite which Rajeshwari tried to add something to the bill.
Will you not at this point get angry?
I am being forced to take something I did not want, the staff repeatedly wasting my time, even after very clearly telling them, I was in a real hurry, in one word, the summary of this experience is - unacceptable!!
She then spoke to A S N Srinivas, if that is his correct name, the store manager, if that is his correct designation
These two tried to get me to purchase something else and I did purchase 3 cornettos [ref bill no: 3333-[protected], which on returning home and opening I found all the three very soggy, if you are a cornetto cone eater and fan like I and my family are, you will know cornetto cones are never sold soggy]
After wasting a total of 30 minutes for what was just a 5 minute job, I checked to see if there were any cctv cameras in the cashier area to record the entire conversation so that you could pull up the footage and see who the people I am referring to were, and how the entire event unfolded
I was shocked to see that there were no cctvs in that area, when in all stores I have been to, there are always at least 2 cctvs in the cashier area
This is not the first time an unfortunate experience has happened at this store, it seems to happen to me every time I visit this store. I want you to know this - this is the only more store this happens
I have been your customer right from the time when you were Trinethra, and for sometime, believed that you have a tie-up with MORE UK, which was why I was even more upset because the standards here are no where near what is practiced there
You need to close your store at the address I have mentioned before you have more angry customers complaining or get this fixed and cameras installed both inside and outside the store capable of audio as well
Please let me know how to raise a formal complaint on this store
