Morestore — unethical behavior at cc2 more store

I had a horrific experience at more store (City center newtown mall, kolkata) on 30th nov’19 at 7.30 pm. I am a regular customer in this shop for the last 4-5 years. On that day, after done with shopping while getting out, the beep sound came out surprisingly at the exit door. The security rightly stopped us and wanted to go through the same gate one by one – myself, my husband & my 3 years old daughter. It was me while the light is turning red. I was carrying my handbag to keep my wallet and essential stuffs for my child as usual. The security then asked me to keep aside the hand bag & go through the same gate again. At this point, situation was still under control. Then that male security guard wanted to check the hand bag of me which is utterly unacceptable. How could a male security guard check a bag that belongs to a lady? When we denied handing over the same the situation got even worse. Security told me that he will going to inspect me if i am hiding any items. This is ridiculous. How a male security guard could check a lady in front of everyone? He harassed me at the front door with a bunch of people looking around which is literally very embarrassing situation for us. What was he thinking? Was i concealing items from the store? When we had a verbal fight with that guard, he was calling female security person to have a look, but no one came. It was already 15 mins we are standing there. After that, he allowed us to go keeping in mind of abusing women in front of public is a serious offence.
While i tried to brief the same matter the very next day to the supervisor ([protected]) of the store, the lady on the other side listen the fact & assured me to get back to me asap after consulting with the store manager. But still no one even bother call me to say "sorry" for the same or address the issue. What kind of business you are doing guys. Please train your security guard about the do’s and don’ts as well as how to behave with a woman.
