Morestore — Unexpected rude behaviour of Staff

To whom it may concern,
This is Diptesh Chakraborty, one of your consistent customers, would like to launch a complaint against one of your staff at your store near Diamomd Park, Joka(oposite ESIC Joka). Today (28th November, 2020) at around 8:30pm me and my wife visited at your store. By mistake I've entered one of the billing counters, which was not my turn. One of your staff immediately shouted at us very rudely and continiously arguing with us that we've done a huge mistake which was unforgivable. The attitude of a store staff like this towords a customer is very unfortunate. This is not expected form a giant like you.
