Morestore — very slow billing

I have visited more megha store, sahakarnagar, today at around 13:30 hours small purchase. As i have bought only 2 items i was approached express counter for speedy clearance, as other normal counters were busy with lot of customers due to wednesday sales. Unfortunately threexpress counter was closed and for more than 30 minutes i was trying to contact store manager for the remedy. Somebody told that he has gone for lunch and i even tried contact the person through mobile but the person didn't responded to my call. I am really sorry to say that this is the way you are running the mega store without any responsible person to attend the complaint promptly all the time.
