I had registered a complaint on 1st of november for my morphy richards pop up toaster, settled in chennai. I was told by 4th an engineer will come and you need to provide this code to him. I waited till 4th. 6th came 7th came, finally on 8th some engineer comes. He checks and and says there is no issue. I re-explained him the issue again same thing. Then i told him you should firstly know how toasters work then he said yes madam, i will replace the part within 3 working days. 9th i recieve the message saying - "dear customer, confirming your bajaj call no che[protected]-1 has been resolved. If satisfied sms bel y if no, sms bel n i[censored]nsolved, sms bel ur to [protected]." I immediately called the customer service centre and the said we are taking you complaint again and will send some different engineer. I got pissed off and shouted on him. He gave me chennai branch head's number, ms. Kavitha. I called her twice and she makes excuses saying we will send some other engineer, spare part not available etc etc. When i asked her why am i not intimidated about the updates she had no answer. When i asked her how come your engineer closed my complaint without any action being taken, she had no answer. And yet my problem remains unsolved. This was my first time with bajaj service centre and probably the last time. Their service for products with warranty is probably the worst because they are non chargeable service. I hope the forum will take some action against it and will solve the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
