I complained about my food processor 20 days back, technicians came to find the problem but have not resolved it yet. My food processor is in warranty period as only one and half month back we purchased it. I want to know when the problem of food processor will be resolved. For more than 15 times i called on the customer care. Though they assure that they will resolve it but actually nothing has been done. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

My new Morphy Richards otg which I purchased four months before is not working. When I switch on the otg timer gets started but there is no power supply and its not heating. I have used only thrice.

Last month I bought a morphy Richard dry iron from Flipkart. the base plate was very loose. So I got it replaced from Flipkart. But the replacement product stopped working just after using it twice. Should I file for another replacement on Flipkart?
