[Resolved] Morphy Richards — Problem with ELCB of 15 ltr horizontal Lavo Geyser | |||
Hi, I had brought the product 5 months back, it worked great for 4 months and then the trouble started with ELCB, every time we switch on the geyser it gets tripped(gets switched off after a spark inside the ELCB). Gave 3 complaints in 2 weeks time. Every time the service agent comes, replaces some wire, it works, but only for 1 day. next day again the same problem happens. fed up with inexperienced pathetic service of the service agent. . The service agent says we do not have a spare ELCB and that is not covered under warranty. so what to do now? Please send some senior technician or please replace my faulty ELCB/ geyser.
