I have purchased a solo microwave of morphy richards model 20 ms two and a half years back. Now the product is out of warranty.

This product is of very low quality. After warranty its body got cracked and get rusted which is very dangerous. Few days back it got sparked and fused and the front glass also broke because of this. Any mishappening could happen. Now your technician is saying that the body of microwave get painted. And the cost of glass is 2200 and said better you buy new one. Is this a solution that we bought this product just two and a half years back and it got damage. Quality of product is very low which was unexpected from your company.

I am enclosing the pictures of your product. I want you to change my product or do the needful as earliest as possible otherwise i have to take action.

    The OTG is not working. Kindly send us a technician to help fix the machine.

    We are unable to turn on the machine. Looks like an issue with the electrical components. Please arrange a visit before Friday this week.

    The issue has been persisting for the past several months. We have called the helpline but received no response.

    The machine is an integral part of our kitchen setup and without the machine, we are facing several issues.

      Dear mr. Srinivas,

      Im writing this email to bring to your attention how the customer service department of morphy richards india has handled the complaint very poorly and without any ownership or followup.

      I initially made the complaint under
      Call id : ban[protected]-1 dated 21 november 2018 where i reported that my water heater had a problem.
      The service agent arrived at the location on 22nd and tended to the unit where he said it was resolved and asked to call him if there is any further issue. Few minutes after he left it stopped working again.
      I immediately called the service agent and mentioned the same. He said he has to arrange a part and will be back in a couple of days to install it. Post that there was no follow up and when i called the agent he didn't answer.

      I again made an attempt with customer care who said they will send an agent immediately under ban[protected]-1. No one came.

      I called the customer service team again to mention the miss and no one seemed to take ownership. They gave me a number saying call it to speak to the management of the service centre. I was upset that the customer has to do the running around and himself call service centers for pending cases in the system entered by the customer care. Only suggestion for that is to have followup on those cases which won't snowball into this current situation.

      With no help received on this i spoke to the team lead and requested for a manager's number to help me with this neglected service.

      The manager's number was mr dilip. I dropped a message being sunday requesting a call back and a brief message mentioning the dissatisfaction. I also did the same for the service centre manager.

      There was no call for the next half a day that's where i called in customer care again asking to speak to mr dilip. The agent sad he is in a meeting and will call in a hour noting my entire case history.

      I also called the service center manager vinayaka who said he will send someone.

      Two service agents arrived this morning who one of them was the same agent who said he would get back to me to install the part. He had no clue waht was happening and i reminded him the same. He gave the same answer that he said on 22nd november — we have to order the part and it will take 3 days more which is ridiculous he telling the same thing to me again.

      No call was received till today morning from the customer care. I called mr dilip asking if he had checked my situation and for an update. He had no clue what was going on. He requested 2 hrs time to get back to me.

      I did not receive any call back from mr dilip and did not sound concerned even when i had to call him back. He just bluntly told me that i have to wait for 3 days that's it if i want my issue resolved. No apology no concern being a manager. Then i request him to provide an explanation why there was a miss only owing to his arrogant response. That was no way for a manager to respond or deal with the situation. I asked him if he can provide me an explanation i would need to reach out to his superior. He denied the contact and said "go talk to whomever you want" after i said ill escalate this. Is this how a manager should respond even if the customer is upset with the service not being provided? Is it the customer's fault?

      This all could be avoided if this was handled in a more efficient manner. On this accord i would like to bring this incident to light with guidance of my connection with mr. Gupta.

      I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback and improve the service of morphy richards /bajaj electricals so no other customer has to face this.

      4 days later,

      There has not been any follow up nor resolution for more than 3 days assured.

      The service and customer complaint is handled so pathetically that i will never purchase another bajaj electrical or morphy richards product ever again.

        I have product iron super glide of Morphy Richards and its in warranty( Invoice attached).
        I do have register complain on 17 Nov 2018 about product not working. they give me a complaint ref. number (DEL[protected]-1). and told me to wait as complain will resolved within 3 working days at your door step.

        Nobody contact me till 20th Nov. On 20th nov they give me text.

        (Dear Customer, Ref Bajaj Electricals call no.DEL[protected]-1.we could not reach you at your registered contact no. on [protected]. Please call us at [protected] within 24 hours.)

        when i called them on 21st nov they give me service partner number over call to contact him.

        i call him also and ask him that why you give fake message of call not reachable so he told me as time period of service is getting over and for get rid of no service provided status we do this text. please don't mind your service call will be attended today itself.

        finally one technician visits and make excuse of spare parts not available.
        and will be resolved as soon as spare parts get back in stock. but still no response by calling again and again for part availability and job to be fix.

        but on 27 november, I got this text

        As compalin was not resolved nor attended even after daily follow up.
        they text me this fake message to safe their reputation of good, satisfactory & on timly service. On the contrary of that their service call never resolved nor attended with spare parts. even they cant follow up the case.

        complain was not resolved even after calling again and again for service. the service team not taking any action and told me about complain to be resolved today itself but their so called 'today' never come.
        Thats very bad attitude and pethatic worst experience with me.

        Please register my complain as i need action to be taken against them for not resolving my complain and even fake information to company and customer about complain has been resolved and closed.

        Now it doesnt matter for me whether complain resolved or not but the culprit must be punished for taking customer so much forgranted.

          I bought a toaster of murphy richards. Its body got cracked just after first use. I logged a complain. Waiting since last 20 days to get it resolved, every day ser vice centre team told the person will visit today, but till now I am waiting for him to ractify the issue.
          Additionaly they have closed my complain within 5 days without resolving it.
          Very unprofessional and pathetic customer care. Think twice before choosing murphy richards

              I bought a morphy richards mwo 25 cg (200 acm) microwave oven, and on 17-10-18 i had given request for demo against request no. Del[protected]-1.
              Today i received a call from no.[protected] and come to know that my demo request is cancelled b`cos i am rescheduling the appointment again and again.

              I had never seen such a worst customer care and morphy richards service provider and their staff, who are big lair`s and unprofessional. I did the mistake for going for morphy richards product, which i never recommend to others.
              I am the person, for last 02 days (Dated : 20 october & 21 october) who is calling and chasing to all the concerned people, for the demo, as detail given below...
              1. Morphy richards cust. Care. :;[protected] check your records - i had called them more than 04 times,,,
              2. Branch co-coordinator : ms. Anjali nigam :[protected], who never picked up the phone calls, as it keep ringing. (Dated : 20 october & 21 october)
              3. Sales in-charge : mr. Sumit tyagi : [protected], he also didn`t picked my calls.
              4. Head of the department : mr. Uk banerjee :; [protected], he picked - up my call in 03 attempt, and told me to share the details in whats-up, which i did - no-result.
              5. Mr. Laxminarayan : [protected] : i called him on[protected] at time 06:16 pm, he said his technician had visited to my residence and found house locked. And he shared the photo of house which showing locked. But you people are so dumb / fool, that didn`t bother to check whether it`s the right and same addressed where they want to visit or just full-fill the formalities.
              Kindly open up your mind and check, is my name is written (Or surname is matching and other address detail`s)

              After doing so much exercise for just 01 demo from morphy richards, still i am not able to use that oven, you people are lying that demo request was closed because i am not giving time.

                My complain id is 15511544. Last year i purchased geyser salvo 25l. And this is my third complain for replacement of heating element, because of leakage. The complaint attended this time asking me to pay charge for magnesium road in heating element.in my last replacement, he replaces the heating element without magnesium road and didn't inform me regarding that. After 10 days only the leakage starts again.

                This time when i ask for magnesium road, he ask me to pay charge for that. My product is in complete warranty. Last year only i purchased the product. Then why he is asking for charges. I spoke to mr. Pardeep, faridabad service department head. He is also demanding the amount from me.

                Please clarify me on this.

                  My food processor stooped functioning so i called your customer care number and an executive came to my place suggesting to change the motor and took 250 rs as service charge as the machine was under warranty and the motor was free of charge

                  It had been a week without any response from your syd
                  I called n called n called n dailg new excuses vame from your syd
                  Height of irresponsibility and unprofessionlaism
                  If the motor was not under warranty n was to be charged i gaurantee the motor would have been replaced immediately .
                  Its been 20 days now no response from your syd
                  I would have to file a complaint in consumer court now if my motor is not replaced in the next two days

                      Would like to inform you that i have purchased one in number morphy richards juicer few month back, same is under warranty, the day product was purchased from very first day we are facing problem with product being manufacture issue.

                      I have been trying to get problem fixed from 06 th aug 18, i have raised multiple complain on call center and so called senior management persons of morphy richards... Mr. Anuj tyagi, and mr. Sandeep mehta but i've not got any positive response / support from them.

                      Would like to inform you that always my complain gets closed automatically without addressing the complain.

                      Morphy richards after sales service is pathetic, in feature i will never go with morphy richards and recommend not to go with morphy richards.

                          With huge regrets i am writing this complaint & feedback for such a renowned brand – “morphy richards”
                          I had bought one morphy richards otg 52 rcss vide invoice no. 302-r-si 2789 dtd. 20.5.18 from vijay sales – lajpat nagar branch.
                          Incidentally we had gone immediately next week after that for holidays & hence had not used the otg entire june & till mid july.
                          Now as soon as we started using it – i found a very strange problem of continuous noise coming in it & the baking quality & time was also not at all upto the mark.
                          Now i lodged the complaint at the morphy complaint centre on 18th or 19th july & service person came on 19th july & after checking he confirmed that the thermostat of this otg has to be changed as it is not working properly. I requested that it is a brand new piece & had just started using it 3-4 days ago only & requested to replace the otg instead of changing the thermostat in a brand new piece. On this he said that he can’t help on this. He was very rude in replying on this.
                          Now since then different technicians have been calling till today (At least 5-6 times) & confirming that they will be coming at a particular time & then are not visiting & worst is that – then get a call that the complaint has been cancelled.!!!
                          Today some mr. Shekhar – no. [protected] confirmed 3-4 times that they are sending technician to check & then again late evening i was told that since i do not want to get the work done so that is why they are cancelling the complaint..
                          Sir, this is absolutely un acceptable to trouble a customer like this & when i had bought the product with a good faith on the shop & above all trust on the brand.
                          Trust me – it is the after sales service in white goods that make a regular customer or breaks / shatters the goodwill of the brand.
                          Sir – i need a solution on this & tell me that how would any one would like to get the complete machine opened / thermostat changed in a brand new piece & i am reasonable enough to request for a piece change.
                          Kindly reply on the above matter asap as this has already given us enough of inconvenience..

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased a Toaster & grill of Morphy Richards from Flipkart and after one year o[censored]sage the non-stick coating came out, after complaining on customer care, I got a all from Supriya Sales and Executive said we don'y cover non-stick Coating in Warranty and you need to buy new plates for 880 rs.

                            Morphy Richards after sale service is pathetic and they are charging high amount for spare parts even though product is under warranty.

                            First of all this issue should be covered under warranty and keeping prices for spare high is contributing to e-waste since customer will be forced to buy new product and discard old even though it can be repaired

                              Most pathetic customer service... I have been trying to get an issue fixed with my toaster for last 9 months, to no avail. I have raised multiple complaints on call centre, the calls automatically get closed without being attended.in few situations, when it was attended, after escalation, the technician does a fix, which comes off after just 1 use. I am told by call centre, that they can only take a complaint, but they cant take my feedback and cannot do anything more... I have to wait and wait for a technician to arrive.
                              I was given the no. Of a local service centre, which is constantly not available/switched off.
                              I have no option but to live with a defective product under warranty

                                I have purcahsed superglued steam iron dat was creatiing so much problem again and again. Den got replaced with new one after so much efforts and pain. Now within 15days of new iron, ds one also having so much problem dat it's not getting on. And always i didn't get service fast but i get service after 1 month always. Why u giving such a bad servuce dat people stop using your product in future. Pleas take ds complaint on urgent basis as i will b going out of station day after tomorrow. So please send your person tomworrow only

                                  Their service person does not turned even after multiple call. Whenever you
                                  purchase a product and invest more money to get a good service and quick turn around time on service request. I have raised a service request BAN[protected]-1 almost 6 days back. No service engineer
                                  attended the call till now.

                                  On every call i get the answer it will be address shortly but even after waiting for 6 days to positive outcome. We need to set some basic service quality in India.

                                  Please do the needful. There should be an ETA for addressing each complain.

                                    When my complaint was not resolved, i called the call centre and was given mr. Narender sharma`s m. No[protected] who assured on 2.02.18 to deliver the dough jar of food processor within 2-3 days. Today on 21.02.2018 i tried to contact him but he has blocked our m. No. Again i called call centre and was given mr ragav aggarwal`s m. No. [protected] but he did not bother to pick the phone. Then i requested through message but no response from him. Again i was forced to call the call
                                    Centre, where madam told me that complaint has been closed. I am surprised how it can be closed before being resolved. Although till date i am suffering as i use it for preparing dough twice or thrice a day. I ask you, was it a mistake buying the costliest food processor? Please enquire and take action.

                                      I had purchased an instance cook on dated 14.01.2018 from sigra big bazar varanasi, when i opened the pack next day the handle was broken then i informed to customer care, they replied that if you are outstation then it does not matter you can exchange the product within 15 days. Today on 28.01.2018 i come at sigra big bazar in order to exchange the product, they had denied verbally & said there is not any provision to exchange the product. You can come tomorrow we see the case. Is this the credibility of big bazar. Thanks.

                                        Since last week of december 2017 registerd compaint with customer service center new delhi for repais of my hand mixer many times. Once service engineer visited my home and took photograph of hand mixer model hm02 & promised to come with the requisite part withen a couple of days but did not turn again here till date despite repeated requests. Plese look into the matter & get my hand mixer from morphy richard repaird at an earliest. With regards. Dr. Syed anwar andrabi
