[Resolved] Morphy Richards — Worst service and non supporting staff | |||||
I have bought a Chef Xpress 800 Induction cook top of Morphy Richards via Flipkart on 30th Jan 2015. In July there was some problem with that cook top, so I take it to the service center, and they submitted it to check the problem. After two days I got the call from service center that their is some problem with PCB so it has to be replaced and it will took about 20 days. I said ok, a month later I called at the service center, they said that company doesn't have that piece that's why its taking too long. So I said to them, its ok if they don't have model provide me the other but upper model, I will pay the difference. They said ok. And after 6 months finally I got the replacement, but a very lower model than mine. So I didn't accept it and mail the company about it. I got the call from company, and he was trying to say its same as my model, their is no difference its same. Then why is their Rs.1300 difference in both model, if both of them are same? Anyways I asked him that question and told him provide me the same model or the superior one I will pay the difference. And he said ok he will call me back after talking to his superior. I didn't get any call from them for around 10 days, then I again mail them. Again I got the call, again the same talk and again "i will call you back etc". And now its about 25 days and I haven't got any call from them. Any suggestion will help in this case. Actually I am think to file a case in consumer forum. Is that a right step?
