I would like to bring to your notice that the machines at Booth No. 649 situated at Madipur Colony (Pincode: 110063) are not functioning well as the token gets stuck in the machine or sometimes milk doesn’t dispense after inserting the token.

I and other people always complain to the person at the token counter in this regard with the request to repair the machine as problems are being faced. In reply he and another boy working at the booth talk arrogantly. Sometimes they abuse the poor and the ladies. The main problem is being faced in the first machine from the left. Despite many requests the problem has not been resolved.

Moreover, sometimes the quantity and quality of milk also differs.

Therefore, you are requested to do the needful/or direct the person concerned/or responsible to resolve the problem.

Current shopkeeper's behaviour to deal with client is very much poor and he clearly denies to accept money by UPI. He always tries to quarrel with customers.

We have taken 3 kg of milk, after 1 kg of many, water has come mixed in the second cup, which makes the milk diluted and nothing is being produced in that milk and the milk gets wasted quickly. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Both no:-953

Milk is smelling like sewer water

On 25/03/2021 I have purchased 10 packets of milk(500ml each, batch no MD 9, Rs.23.00 each) out of which 8 packets had been found soiled. I made a complaint over phone and the complaint number is 24 on the very day. After a lapse of 2 months one gentleman asked me to make a complaint on the register available with the booth number 111 at salt Lake, Kolkata which I did on 07/06/2021. No movement since then. It's almost 4 months lapsed and I don't know whether the cost of the milk will be refunded or replaced. If the mother dairy authority don't want to take action then they should discontinue the complaint department and declare that customers should accept the milk packets good or bad.

Today iam purchased 1 lt. Toned milk after open & boiling smelling very bad like chemical mixed please audit this place & check milk quality & packings details and taking suitable action in this regard.

Sir I purchased a mother dairy premium packet of milk from our near mother dairy store.i checked the date of expiry and every thing is fine at that time .when I start boiling the milk and suddenly the milk get burst then I purchased a another packet of milk and boil again in another container then this time also the milk get burst.i go to the store keeper then he said this is not our duty I don't take care of milk.raise your compliant in mother dairy .sir please return my money.

Recently I purchase 2 kg full cream milk.
When I open packet, the milk carry bad smell and the taste is also different. I hope the authorities take quick action on my complaint.

Today when i went to the mother dairy booth no. 817 located in Sector 26, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the 2 persons incharge of the booth refused to give milk on the basis that they don’t have change but they gave the change to someone else who came after me saying that they had relations and even tried to push me saying do not argue in the morning. I respect mother dairy and i have been its customer from a very long time but is this the service provided by them? The incharge person is dragging down the respect earned by mother dairy.

Dear sir,
I had made a purchase from safal 88840 for rs 387 on 27th June however by mistake payment made to safal 88827. Another payment of rs 370 was made to 88827 by mistake same day.
Total 757 rs was paid to 88827 without any purchase. Payment was done through Google pay. This store is situated at Kanchanjunga market Sec 53. I talked to him but he is not cooperating. I request for resolution.

We have already lodged a complaint on this portal on 10/7/2021 and we received a call from Mr. Ravi from panchkula on 10/7/2021 who told that he is a dealer in Panchkula. He promised to solve the complaint within 3 hours but till 11/7/2021. Again a call was made to mr. Ravi and he again promised to solve the matter but today is 12/7/2021 complaint is still pending. Now we will not go through this portal but will go through law only.

Not received free ice cream brick, , purchased a brick of ice cream from mother dairy which is buy one get one free, seller said.. 'company aise hi likhti hai, , kuch ni hota aisa'..Well others brands seller also same..😕

Mother dairy booth No 155 opposite police station dwarka south से ice cream खरीदी थी जिस पर buy one get one free का ऑफर था लेकिन सेल्समैन ने ऑफर देने से मना कर दिया था जिसकी शिकायत नंबर 1416209 पर की थी शिकायत करने पर बूथ का मालिक फ़ोन करके कहता है मदर डेयरी मुझे खाना नही देती, एरिया मैनेजर को सब पता है जहां शिकायत करनी है कर लो । तुम मुझे रोज ice cream खाने वाले नही लगते । तुम्हारी बातो से ही मुझे पता चल गया तुम कैसे आदमी हो

जिसकी मैने मदर डेयरी कस्टमर केअर में शिकायत 14155727 की थी लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई

आज 11जुलाई को मैने देखा मदर डेयरी बूथ पर अंडे भी बेचे जा रहे हैं सेल्स मैन को कहने पर उसने कहा बूथ का मालिक अंडे बेचने के लिए कहता है

क्या मदर डेयरी के नियमो के अनुसार अंडे बेचे जा सकते है
क्या मदर डेयरी के बूथ allottee customer से इस प्रकार बदतमीजी कर सकते है
क्या मदर डेयरी कस्टमर की शिकायत पर कार्रवाई नहींं करती
क्या मदर डेयरी के बूथ allottee मदर डेयरी के नियमो को नहीं मानते

क्यों ना मदर डेयरी के प्रोडक्ट्स को छोड़ कर किसी अन्य ब्रांड के प्रोडक्ट्स यूज करना चाहिए

I am daily consumer of mother dairy booth no. 1703. There is working some people. These behaviour is not good with residants. Today at 9.00pm I went to buy milk. Govt. Said Milk price will be hike from tomorrow but in booth no.1703 owner is selling on hike price. He took 208 rs instead of 200rs for 2 tond and 2 full cream milk. When I told him its not according to law. He told me I have given hike price of milk today.He also told I shall closed my booth if you not give hike price. Please take an action against the booth no. 1703. If you will not take action I shall go to consumer court for justice. I shall be highly obliged.

Sai confectioner shop no. 4 & 5 housing board colony, Kalka 133302 Distt. Panchkula is charging Rs. 1 extra on Mother Dairy Milk Live lite with MRP 20. He is charging Rs. 21 when the MRP is 20 since 1July 2021. According to his statement he says that the dealer and company has increased Rs.1 so he is charging as such. We and our friends are consuming around 150 pkts daily. Shall we all stop consuming your milk or not. We have already lodged a complaint no. 1436855 on 8/7/2021 and your executive promised to solve the problem. But we again rang on 10th and he promised to solve the problem within hours but no result is there after around 10 hours. Shall we go to consumer court for the same.

Current Booth incharge behaviour is very rudely and they cheat my brother

I buy 6 litre milk on 08/07/2021 from chawala stand najafgarh new Delhi. Milk ejaculation when boiled. When I was giving milk return to booth owner but he refused to take it back. And expired date was 09/07/2021. I want my money back.
